Unfortunately, this used to be one of our favorite places for food and or ice cream but lately we keep being unpleasantly reminded why we should stop coming here. The service was very slow, the quality of food poor and one of three of our orders came out wrong. We had originally come in just looking for ice cream and we should have stuck with that because the ice cream was the best part.

This used to be one of my favorite places! I’m soooo disappointed. The new décor is horrendous and lost it’s homey comfy atmosphere. They changed the menu and literally 75% of the items were removed. I’m never coming here again. Denny’s across the street will get all my business.

This was the worst Friendly’s in the area. I shop in many Friendly’s NJ De Pa and this the worst. Refused to sell me a qt of ice cream. Saying that I could only buy it by the scoop. After I explained that I had purchased it by the qt at other locations, the manager told me that this is franchise store and they set their own rules. Told me that a bunch of corporate stores are closing. I am sure they are not closing because they sold ice cream by the quart. Rude and will not patronize this location.

Friendly’s is one of my favorites so I am very biased. And my latest trip here did not disappoint. The service was spot on, the place was clean, and the Reese’s Pieces Sundae with mint chocolate chip ice cream is a new favorite of mine! I do enjoy the food too, but this trip was just for a late night ice cream break. I do appreciate the late hours too.

New look. Food was good. Service was passable. They remodeled this store. Kicked the food up a notch. However consistency lacks with this brand. They need to do what they do well. It’s a hit or miss and can be disappointing.
