I called in looking for more information about the facility and the woman on the phone invited me to stop by for brochures and information on the services provided. These are a friendly bunch of people who know what they are doing. Before leaving, I felt confident in the information that was provided to me.

Would not recommend this place! Doctor Lin NEVER returns phone calls or emails. She’s a very nice woman but late for every appointment. I finally got tired of waiting 45minutes plus every time so I scheduled her first appointment of the day to avoid the wait. She strolled in almost an hour late for a 9am appointment. The only reason we stayed here is because we had horrible insurance… we’ve since gone elsewhere. I could easily leave 6 voice mails with no return call. It was only after I called and asked to speak with Suzan Eckstein, program director, that I was able to get any kind of response. I used this place for my son and would not recommend this place to anyone.
