Hello, Please be advices that this store location has poor service. The floor manager Jason appeared to have only one job. That was to open the door and tell you to wait and refused to give you a wait time. Refused to even attempt to help my parents. I came to the store on behalf of my parents, because I am more tech savvy. I found it upsetting how my parents who have been customers for VW for over 5 years and they received such poor service at the store. Asking simple questions on the plans. I spoke to the gentleman Dyvn and denied at promotion that I was told by a Verizon rep via phone, the previous day. How can information on promotions change over night I do not know.

Staff are very attentive! I was just looking around for a new phone and was asked multiple times if I needed help by three different employees. I was informed about all the new offers that Verizon had to offer for the iPhone plans without even asking.

Had a great experience here last night when boyfriend and I merged our cell phone plans. The representative who assisted us, Brooke, was delightful. She made the transition very easy and smooth and set up our new plan within about 20 minutes! Very knowledgable and friendly staff. The store itself is decently sized, very open and very clean, if a little over-staffed for their needs. We were greeted as soon as we entered and were treated with respect. I would bring my business here over the Verizon store in the Hamilton mall any day!
