As a rental company my family and I were pleased with the property management. Carla is a true professional and cares about the experience of her clients. My families experience did not end well, however this was due to the so called human being, Patrick Chomyn who is the owner of the house we rented for almost 5 years. See my review under 4 rent Denver for the total breakdown, if you are interested. However, you do not want to rent a home that Patrick Chomyn is the owner of. Just google him for yourself. Shady, money hungry. You don’t want your money going in this mans pocket.
