Great all around: responsiveness to scheduling and answering questions through email, very fair price and the installers were awesome. We added insulation to the attic in our 25 year old home and it’s having a huge impact on our comfort and heating bills.

This company gets no stars. Got the recommendation from the duct cleaning company I used and I too was a bit leery of the name. I should have trusted my gut. I scheduled several months in advance for insulation removal with the technician that answered the phone. He insisted that I call him back to confirm on his personal number. Seemed a little unprofessional, but whatever. The appointment was booked the day before I scheduled an electrician (who was booked for months) to replace some wiring on our historic home and he needed the insulation removed to work up there. I was supposed to get a call one week before to confirm the time. No call. So we called. No call back. Then the morning of we called yet again. The guy claims we never confirmed and he can’t do the work until later this week. So I had to cancel the electrician that we waited months for. I also called the owner, Al and left a message. Nothing. No response. Horrible customer service. And my super nice electrician lost a day of work due to these inconsiderate people. Do not use.

I have to say I was a bit skeptical when I heard the name but they came highly recommended. They did a truly amazing job. Arrived when they said they would and were so careful not to make a mess as this stuff can be messy. They were efficient and courteous. I would highly recommend to anyone who wants a quality insulation job! Thank you Big Al, your team was amazing!
