I grew up in NJ and this place makes the best pizza Ive tasted in Colorado. Fresh ingredients and good dough, cooked in a proper oven does wonders. Give up on those chain stores and try this local place.

I just moved to the area and tried this place out for delivery. One of the worst pizzas I’ve ever had and the salad I ordered had wilted, gross lettuce. 1 extra star because I was able to order a soft pretzel with cheese and that was actually good.

My girlfriend is from New Jersey and has been craving authentic traditional east coast pizza. Found this location just around the corner from our house and decided to give it a shot. We were too late to buy a piece by the slice(only until 3:00) and didn’t want a full pie, so we each got a calzone and some garlic bread knots to try. Have to say, the pizza sauce tasted great, not acidic at all and still slightly tangy. The calzones were more than a meal and we didn’t even finish the knots either. Will definitely be back and glad they are so close to the house.

Their pizza is a the best! We always order a large so we have leftovers the next day! Service is always friendly and fast, too. The only recommendation is cleaning up the place! It looks really worn down and a little dirty, but that never stops us from eating there!

The best pizza I’ve found near our new house! Nothing fancy, to be sure, but definitely good NY-ish(not quite) pizza. Just as good for«cold pizza breakfast» the next day. Delivery was just fine for me, too! Relatively quick.

The absolute worst customer service I’ve experienced in a long time. This place came highly recommended from fellow coworkers but when I went in on the 25th of September at 1 o’clock there were three employees working. For several minutes not a single one acknowledge my presence while I was waiting to order. All three at one time or another looked at me while I was waiting at the counter. Once again not a single one acknowledged my presence. I don’t care how good their pizza is they’ll never see me step foot in that restaurant again.

I’m from the East Coast and some reviewers on here who claim to also be from the East Coast claim this pizza lacks authenticity. Please do not listen to them. This pizza is right in the East Coast wheelhouse. Bright, vibrant red tomato sauce and not the dark stuff with all the added sugars like other chains. It’s the little things. They don’t throw on chunks of ground sausage, but actual slices from a link and are deceivingly good. Taking a bite with the thin but gooey cheese brought me back to my childhood in Hartford. Best pizza I’ve had since I’ve been back east. If there were one minor criticism, it would be the crust could be a tad crispier, but it’s certainly not enough to dock a star. This place is amazing.

Don’t let anyone tell you the best pizza is from New York. New Jersey is the place to go for the real thing. Boardwalk Pizza is the best I’ve had since leaving NJ. They know how to make a pie.

OMG!!! WOW!!! NY pizza is the best(and I’m a Chicago girl)… This place really does not look like the place for pizza, in fact I thought it was closed down, but it is good. The window appeal is the reason why they are missing a star. I think they could try just a bit harder on the appearance . The pizza is perfect combination of chewy thin crust, hot toppings, ewwie gooey cheese, and super hot & fresh. The prices are a bit confusing on the board but the price ain’t bad for what you get. The people are ok. Not friendly but they are nice and do help you. I do plan on coming back when I’m craving pizza(and I do crave it a lot)…

Pizza is delicious, hot or cold! Italian meat pizza is authentic & yum. Atmosphere could use a facelift, but staff is great.

Never ate here and never will!!! Just called and ordered a pizza for delivery and they told me «unfortunately we are to busy to deliver that far» well what’s the point of having delivery service??? What a joke! I’m glad I didn’t waste my money!

Great, great pizza. Tried it tonight, fast delivery and great pizza! It beats the chain pizza joints by far!

This is ‘back east’ pizza. Thin crust with a great taste and foldable. Quality ingredients with a tasty cheese blend. Way better than chain take out places. I haven’t tried much of the rest of the menu because I come here for the pizza. The only knock would be customer service. Not much passion for keeping the customer happy.

Some of the best pizza in all of metro Denver, I don’t know how anyone would pick a chain over this place… people should support small business whenever possible!!!

Good pizza, good calzone, good garlic knots, fast delivery. Overall, the pizza was good. I tried this pizza place as an alternative to the big franchises and sought out some east coast style pizza. I liked the taste, the crust, the sauce, and the price. This store offers a variety of sizes(from personal to massive) and you can pretty much personalize any toppings they carry. I would recommend this pizzeria to those looking for a fresh taste with a lot of flavor. We got our order delivered, so I can only speak about the food and not the location.

I am writing a five star review based on their PIZZAAAA! OMG it is perfect. Not too thin, not too fluffy, nice and hot and CRISP! It is amazing– and dirt CHEAP! Seriously, doesn’t get better than that! The place is pretty worn and outdated. The décor didn’t thrill me. But I was too distracted by my beautiful lunch and fluffy wallet to notice. :)

Okay, this dive of a pizza place does everything East-Coast RIGHT. The sauce, the soul of the pizza, is perfect. Dead. on. perfect. This is the real deal. Borriello Brothers in Colorado Springs just wishes they could come close to this. Cheese is flavorful and crust is just-right. Only one minor point is that the crust is a little flat on the ends, but the cheese and sauce go to the ends anyway so it makes up for it. Amount of toppings is great. The ingredients they use is dead-on perfect. Cheese is great. Sauce is great. This place is a total dive, however, but is location-correct for New Jersey on it’s Boardwalk region. I had to look twice for sand on the floor from the beach. Newcomers might be put-off by the interior homemade décor, broken tables and booths, etc., but it’s part of the correct ambience. Take it to go and eat it hot. It’s brilliant and probably in the top 3 pizza places in Colorado. A+. Great work, guys.

This place my family and I are normally very impressed with, however my most recent experience was not a good one. I called in to order a pie, a very rude and unfriendly gentlemen answered. I proceeded to ask questions about the menu, to my surprise he was no help. Could not tell me what came on the different pizza’s I was inquiring about, nor could he tell me about anything on the menu. His unwillingness to help was enough for me not to order from here again.
