Carrick Bend

I have lived at Carrick Bend for about the past 6 or 7 months. I will say for the most part my living experience has been what was expected, nice newer unit, location is decent considering it is in Northglenn, but nonetheless it is right off the highway and offers lots of restaurants and stores right around it. However the rent is crazy considering it is in Northglenn. 1800+ for a two bedroom two bath is a lot to ask considering we are not in the city.
My biggest frustration with this apartment complex is the amount of dog droppings that are all over the property (see uploaded photo). I mean mounds and mounds of dog poop, it is insane. Yes ultimately it is up to the dog owner to pick up after their pets but when it clearly becomes an issue I expect the building to step in and do something about it. To me it is unexceptionable to pay nearly 2K a month and have to watch where I step so I do not step in dog shit. SOOO frustrating and not to mention a complete neglect for the property.
