Run, don’t walk, away from this company! If I could have given negative stars, I would have. We were misled from day one about every single detail of our loan. The only way we found out that we were completely up a creek (3 WEEKS before we were supposed to close on the house!) was by going to corporate headquarters to find out what was happening. While we were waiting for corporate to get back to us to let us know that they could do NONE of the things that we were told they could, we found three other lenders that not only gave us more information and got us better loan options, they did it in several hours time! Nothing but stress and heartache and waiting! Go elsewhere!
