Sonic Drive-In

Ordered tater tots and they were old and oily. Asked for fresh ones and at first it seemed like we were bothering them. The only reason they got two stars was the server was nice after realizing he may have not been so nice at first. He ended up bringing us a fresh large order!

I’ve been to this sonic 3−4x now and every time I’ve waited 20 – 30 mins for a drink! Why?! I have no clue. I don’t think I’ll be giving them any more chances. Very very poor service! If I could give a negative 50 stars I would.

There service is slow and the employees seem like there lost food and drinks cold and watered down won’t be going to this one again have to find another one

This place really deserves zero stars. I realize it’s crappy fast food but their’s is definitely some of the crappiest! They seriously have the slowest drive-​thru that I have EVER been to. Avoid if you can! Seriously Sonic… a foot long hot dog with a 6 inch bun? Like WTF?

Not sure if they are messing with me at the drive through speaker, or honestly special needs. I don’t want to sound rude if they really are… 15 minutes sitting at the drive thru speaker once in a while saying something inaudible… And then getting frustrated and driving up to the front where I wait another 20 minutes for the same order… This is fast food guys… not intricate French cuisine… I would honestly been better off driving to kings, buying a frozen bag of tater tots and dropping a can of chili on it. Instead I burn like 40 minutes worth of fuel… Yes I realize I’m pretty much asking for this by even trying to go to fast food… But it used to be better… I really need to start reading Unilocal reviews because some are dead on.

Terrible!!! Every time we go to this sonic it’s the worst! Always takes over 20 minutes for anything. We had 4 drinks and it took them over half an hour. I don’t recommend this sonic, it’s such a disappointment. Management needs to step in and do something.

I hated it i asked for large chilli fries and they gave me small and i asked for a small drink and they filled my cup with ice.

My husband loves Sonic Happy Hour, so we’ve gone to many different Sonics. This one is the SLOWEST we’ve gone to. It doesn’t matter pull up or drive though.

Horrible. First off it was Friday night and there was a bunch of kids with their cars taking up all the spaces to park and order. Then the drive through line was horribly long and once we got to the window the girl informed me that they couldn’t do two separate orders through the drive through and to go to one of the order screens that you park at. So after waiting in a drive through for 20 minutes I get told they can’t help. What awful service. We tried the order screen and nobody answered the call or helped us. Extremely disappointed. I am not sure how this location is making any money letting all those people just hang out there and take space from actual paying customers.

I have tried eating here a few times, since it so close to my home. I almost always walk away disappointed. They rarely get my order correct, and every time I go back I am always surprised, to have the wrong order, again.

Make sure you don’t go here on the weekends! Covered with loud obnoxious teens with their cars who they think are awesome (and really aren’t I mean for goodness sake it’s just a neon) who just make you not want to be here.
I’d rather go get ice cream anywhere else!

Sonic is one fast food joint we can always count on enjoying, but not this one. We have been here at least 6 times since we moved to this area, about a year ago, and keep hoping that it will get better but it never does. The wait is long, the orders are consistently wrong, and they seem to add extra grease to some foods. There is another Sonic at 128^th and Zuni, were headed there from now on!

We went to get some shakes-​creamy, tasty shakes-​and the «girl» informed us that they no longer had the two for one sale on the shakes. We drove off disgusted and mad.

Green Chili Cheeseburgers. So bad, yet so good. Also the perfect after-​clubbing food…

I’ve been to this drive-​in twice and both times they have gotten my order woefully wrong. I’m talking 1 out of 4 things are right wrong. Both times it was by different workers which means that whatever is emminating from the fryer that is making it difficult to comprehend «a number 7 and a number 3 please» is ongoing. I recommend going to one of the other 6 fast food places that are in the immediate vicinity.
