If there were zero I would give this review such rating. My mother HAD her prescriptions filled at this location until the day she only received half her pills during a refill. When returning to inform the pharmacist, she was accused of stealing the medication. Really? My mother is 75 years old, has lived in the community for 50 years and is not hurting for money.
It isn’t the idea of stealing that is outrageous to me — I’m sure it happens. But to blatantly argue with an old woman is ridiculous. How is it that this chain continues to put out such poor customer service, when they position themselves in the media as the number one location to fill a script?

Thank you Walgreens for always being there when I need you and always having nothing but it is that I need right at that moment it is worth paying just a few cents more for convenience the store is clean the service is as always been good

The customer service is piss poor. Twice, they shorted me on my medicine and I had to drive back there to get the full prescription. I have reported them to the BBB and also called their corporate office. The tech is a fat, bleach blond, that moves just as slow as a time will allow. They are very rude and unprofessional. I will drive the extra miles to the 120^th and Colorado branch instead of putting up with unprofessional, rude and slow service! Get a life, try a gym, and learn some manners!

If you are looking for rude, slow service, and sloppiness then this is the Walgreens pharmacy for you. I’ve been to this one several times and have never had a good experience. One time even though it was 35 minutes before the closed they told me they didn’t feel like filling my prescriptions, but they would send them to another Walgreens, which they never did. Another time they told me my prescription would be ready in a hour, and when I went back 2 hours later it wasn’t done and they left me sitting in the drive through for 15 minutes before acknowledging me. Today I went to drop off a prescription and once again they were incredibly rude and couldn’t give me a time it would be ready. I will never go back, instead I will take the extra time and go to the one at 120^th and Colorado where I always get awesome service.

Large, very conveniently located, often with sales that are of better value than the supermarket chains. Only downside was that this particular location was not 24 hour.

Pharmacy: Went in today to get a prescription filled and was pleasantly greeted by a pharmacist by the name of Channing. Although my prescription took more than the 15 minutes I was originally told (20 minutes), Channing apologized for the delay and was extremely helpful in finding the other items on my list. Overall, I will definitely be back for any future pharmacy needs.

This is my local Walgreens. I have had some issues on several occasions with employees not manning the film processing area. You can stand there for 20 minutes before someone waits on you. I asked the cashier at the main registers, and they said they would get someone, then I waited another ten minutes and had to ask again. They seem to ignore the film area and any customers standing there.
