Such a rip off. I went in under a recommendation when I saw they had a promotion going on because I was in a wedding soon. The girl didn’t give me the promotion and then told me repeatedly that paying $ 95 for a lotion was a good deal, even though I kept telling her I didn’t want to buy anything that day until I’d talked to some friends about their recommendations. When I came back in for my second session I asked why my bill was so high, they told me that I SHOULD have received the promotion but since I’d already signed up there was nothing they could do. Also, their products are priced 2 – 3 times what you can buy them for online or in other stores. That $ 95 lotion is $ 22 online. I don’t mind paying for tanning, but I’d like to get what I paid for. After my wedding I’m switching salons to a place that won’t constantly try to screw me over.
Their beds are good and the place is hospital clean, but I won’t continue giving my business at a place that doesn’t value honesty and integrity.
