Pro Imports

They are great. My volvo had been damaged and I had no idea how serious it was. They worked on it right away and didn’t exaggerate the damages. They are good, honest people.

My daughter is a student at UA and her car wouldn’t start so she had to have it towed. I called the couple of places locally who service German cars. Pro Imports was responsive, helpful and had no hesitation making themselves available on short notice.
Because of a delayed tow truck arrival, and issues accessing the car (large tow trucks can not fit into dorm parking garages…), the good news was that it appeared to be a battery issue and the car could be started.
25 minutes before they closed for the week, I called them back to let them know that it appeared to be a battery issue and, realizing that they were closing soon, where did they recommend she take it to have the battery replaced? Without hesitation, «Bring it here. We’ll check it out and put in a new battery if that’s what it needs». She arrived at 4:55 pm on a Friday afternoon and they worked with the car until almost 5:45 pm., testing it first to ensure it was a battery issue only, then installing and testing the new battery. Took credit card info over the phone and she was on her way.
Their willingness to help was very much appreciated and we’ll definitely use them again for any car service needs she has while in Tuscaloosa.
