Rude service! Ad up for many flavors of sorbet coolers however when my daughter tried to order only flavor available was limeade. Asked for ice tea since it was on the menu. I was told they would have to make it as though they did not want to do. I was here a few nights ago and tried to order a latte and was informed they did not know how to make. How about trading your staff. Last time at this location for sure.

Slow is not even the word. Avoid the drive thru at all cost! Expect to wait at least 10 – 15 minutes in line for someone to put some yogurt in a cup…

So the drive-​thru line occasionally backs up into the street, and the prices are $ 5 plus for the specialty (Cappuccino Chiller) treats. And one more thing… the awning over the drive thru window doesn’t extend over your car and when it’s raining, your power window buttons fill with rain. Other than that, I really enjoy TCBY yogurt. Especially the chocolate yogurt substituted for vanilla in the Cappuccino Chiller with a little whipped cream on top with cinnamon and Hershey’s syrup.
