My husband and I have been shopping around for a new mattress for a few weeks. Most department stores seemed too pricey, and their sales were still a little out of budget. I’m so glad we waited. We found ourselves here after a quick trip to Target, and we ended up getting our mattress! It’s a pillow top which cost the same as the plush and firm, and it came with the box. They even threw in the frame for free! We couldn’t get that anywhere else without paying around another $ 100. Even better? We were getting it delivered NEXT DAY.
The only downfall is that their delivery guys delivered the wrong mattress to us. It was a plush when we ordered the pillow-​top. I have to give 4-​stars for their great customer service though. The delivery guys already left, but I called the store and they told me that they’ll call back in 5 minutes. He probably called back in 3 to confirm there was a mistake and that the delivery guys would call me shortly to confirm the time they would come by to switch out the mattresses. They called around 30 minutes later to confirm they’d make the switch the same evening. Thanks!!!
