Can’t rate it more than one star because the place was closed during business hours. I am a busy mom and was trying to run an errand on my way to pick up my kid. Need a reliable place that is open during the hours they list ! I went at 230p and there was a note posted that they’d be back in 2hrs. I drove all the way from Panorama City so I was disappointed not to have completed my purchase. If you are planning to come here I strongly recommend that you call them first before driving there, especially if pressed for time or driving from further away. There was plenty of parking at that time, the place is at the corner of Corbin and Nordoff Pl., opposite corner of Target and Kohls. ***note: this is not the first time business is closed during hrs posted.

NEWMANAGEMENTISAWESOME! Best place for all your cell phone needs! They fixed my broken screen, unlocked my phone and got me a new T-Mobile line in 15 minutes! Really is a one stop cellular shop! Definitely recommend this place! Fast, reasonable and reliable! They also buy phones on the spot no haggling or low balling.

I have been wanting to sell my iphone for a while, but I hate dealing with people on craigslist who want to «wire money» or meet you in a back alley. This place made it easy. They just looked at my phone and gave me cash, and it was seamless. They didn’t even try to hardball negotiate with me(like you would see on pawn shop or something).

Reasonable pricing and fast! Had my iPhone unlocked here and iPhone screen repaired in less than 15 minutes! I can tell it gets busy because there was a couple of people waiting after me but it’s because of their good work!

Unprofessional. The store is never open. Never on time. Bad service. But they have a cool fish tank. Won’t be back. Do not recommend this place.

I’ve been here a few times now and well my personal experience with the service has been ok. I can’t say it’s been stellar but I also can’t say it’s been terrible. Tariq, the technician is friendly and respectful but unfortunately he does lack a bit of professionalism. Several times my item was delayed and I had to contact him numerous times to see whether my item was repaired and available for pick up. I was told I’d get a call back and never did. I tried emailing him and never got a reply back. I eventually did get my item fixed but only when I decided just to drive there and find out what was going on. I think communication and customer follow up is something they need to work on. I’ve also taken my iphones to get unlocked here a few month back and while he was able to unlock them, it did require me to keep going back because of issues I was experiencing with the phones. As far as pricing is concern. I got my iphone unlocked for $ 60. It did seem a little pricey for me. But none the less, he did unlock it. I also didn’t shop around. I got an ipod touch screen repaired for $ 85. Again, didn’t shop it around. Not sure if the price is good or not. Does seem a little steep. I’ve also gotten the front and back of an iphone 4 replaced from black to white. Cost me a $ 100. I had to go back because I noticed the battery indicator was inaccurate. He successfully fixed it. So as you can see. I’ve been here on 3 separate occasions. Not sure if I will go back only because the lack of following up with me does bother me. I hate having to contact a place and not get a clear response. I also don’t feel the pricing is the greatest. As far as courtesy, he is a friendly dude and he does get the job done. But as you can see, there are trade off’s. My recommendation is to shop around and of course read reviews like this one before committing to a place. Best of luck.
