My first time trying this place and it’s just okay. I don’t expect much because it is in the fast food/food court so everything is self-service. However, when there’s nothing much to expect, I’d focus more on food. I actually disappointed at the food quality because sushi was loosely rolled. The rice roll was broken when I use chopstick to lift it up. The beef bento was blanded. The reason of four star is actually for their better business so that they get busier and carefully improve the quality. Good luck

Great food, awesome service. I am very satisfied… well because I was hungry haha. Overall the workers are very friendly and I enjoy when employees are in a good mood with no attitude! I encourage you too try the food and I hope you receive the same service as I did! :)

Found a dead cockroach in my chow mein. It took me about 10 bites into my combo meal to find it. It was amongst the noodles as I was digging around with my fork. I had to spit out the food and I nearly threw up. My father showed the servers the food with the roach in it and they gave us our money back. Unfortunately, for the rest of their customers, they did not throw out the batch of chow mein they served me from and still had on display. I WISH I took a picture of my food. This happened a few months ago and I didn’t think to post about it. I’ve gotten food here a few times before. Taste is meh… Panda is better. Customer service is just fine. Never can go back though, I gag every time I pass by now. In fact, I can’t really look at the food court the same. If there’s a roach problem and all these food places are connected… no thanks. Sorry guys. Just being honest.

Absolutely disgusting. I looked at the orange chicken and I’m pretty sure I saw pink. I told them it was undercooked, and they gave me the money back for my uneaten chow mein(but not a full refund). Fortunately I didn’t get sick, but I still wouldn’t recommend this place. I’m waiting for a Panda Express to replace this joke of a restaurant ASAP!

Not a bad alternative to Panda Express, of course I would still take Panda Express over this place but in terms of Chinese fast food this is a close second!

This Chinese food place is probably the only place I’ll eat the orange chicken from(I don’t really like orange chicken). Everything looks and tastes pretty fresh to me. I usually get rice and the noodles the orange chicken and the spicy chicken. The service isn’t bad and they definitely give you your money’s worth in food. The only thing I don’t like is that there’s sometimes a little bit of a wait. Worth it though! I recommend this place.

Horrible custumer service. They made me feel insecure about eating a large quantity of food.

This is mall Chinese and not fancy at all. This is one of those places you go to when you can’t decide if you want heart burn later or not. It is greasy, fast, and warm Chinese food. I got the 3 item with chow mein, orange chicken, sweet and sour chicken, and potato chicken. The orange chicken and sweet and sour chicken were more crunchy from the batter than chicken. The pieces were really large which makes it harder to eat. The potato chicken was in a brown sauce that was alright. I like Panda express better and they aren’t all that fantastic either. I can say that I’d probably come back when I am starving and nothing else in the food court looks good. I will not come out of my way to eat here though!

I was trapped in the mall while Firestone worked on my car. I was hungry. I wandered around and this place seemend like what I wanted. It was express, and somewhat Chinese. It was definatly not Gourmet. There was some cold bits in there too. It was eight bucks and edible. I ate there at 2pm, and my stomach wrestled with the food all night and is finally letting me think about eating again now.
