Dave Proctor

I have been working with Dave proctor for over 10 years and he has listed and found me multiple properties. He is one of the best of not THE best RE agents in Los Angeles and has never steered me wrong. He knows what he is doing and will get you top dollar for a sale and negotiates purchasing equally well. He markets very well and not pushy at all. I have even listed properties outside of his normal territory and he still listed and sold them quickly and at the price I was looking for. I have worked with his team which includes Serena, Melody and of course Dave and all have been more then a pleasure. I would never use any other agent as long as Dave Proctor is still working which I hope is for many years to come. I don’t give 5 stars often but in this case he’s more then deserving.

I have worked with Dave and his team many times in the last few years and I have nothing but kind words to say of them. I purchased my home in 2011 and plan on using Dave and his team when I plan on selling. They are professional, responsive, most of all they are caring and ethical. This is long overdue. We had the pleasure of working with Miss Melody Jew. During our search for our very new home Melody had gone above and beyond to help us. She worked diligently and was always available when we needed her. She was professional and made our first experience a memorable one. Her and her staff were genuine, sincere and always welcomed us. Thank you for helping us through this process it made everything easier for us. I highly recommend Melody and her team.

I’ve worked with Dave and his team for over 7 years as their lender. They are some of the most ethical and honest real estate brokers I’ve dealt with. DO NOT TRUST DAVE PROCTOR!!! Dave and his team Melody Jew and Serena Ngo claim to be an honest and hard working realty group for Pinnacle in Northridge. That couldn’t be farther from the truth. Dave Proctor is a CROOK!!! Dave represented me as my selling agent on two of my properties. He forged documentation, submitted straw buyers, and charged me for appraisals and inspections that did not really occur. He has many bus benches through out Porter Ranch that claim offers in 24 hours and your property sold for top dollar in 30 days. All I have to say is read the fine print, and run the other way!!! He has straw buyers and inside investors waiting in the wings. He will underestimate your property and make claims regarding your property to decrease the value. Dave will make you feel he is «doing the best he can». I suppose forged documents, illegal tax withholdings, and 30% below market value listings on my property are the best Dave Proctor «The Real Estate Doctor», «Mr. Porter Ranch» can do.
