I’ve come to this place for the last 20+ years, and I love it. I have to say there was a time about 5 years ago ish when I thought it fell off but eating here today it is so back ON. I love the family feel. My gyro ingredients and falafel balls were super fresh, the hummus-perfect flavors. Impressed. And super full.

Excellent quality food. I had the pita falafel sandwich along with red cabbage and white cabbage salad. The pita was moist with plenty of falafel. Flavor and spices were perfect. Salads were crispy and lightly oiled. And you must try the Baklava. It was crispy and syrupy on the outside and was tender and generously filled with sweet walnuts!

so i’m on the hunt for the most delicious falafel in LA this was my second encounter with falafels and they werent too bad. pretty convenient being located right next to csun! plus the 10% off that i didnt recieve when showing the cashier. but whatever. lol i ordered two falafel pitas with hummus. it came with some sauce that had a terrible flavor. not sure if that was their version of tahini but … bleh! leave that off! it came with hummus, lettuce & tomato and a good amount of falafels inside. i think about 4 or 5. the falafels were sooo yummy! bursting with flavor! in my first pita i ate them all on the top so i had nothing left on the bottom lol. i pushed them down in my second one to evenly space them out. the hummus hardly had flavor but you definitely need it. the pita itself was thick and delicious. tasted really fresh! i wouldn’t mind coming back here. and one is enough to fill me up but i wasnt sure as it was my first time so i ordered two and it came out to a little over $ 13. also the little toppings bar consisted of chillies, jalapenos, pickles, green and purple pickled cabbage aaaand i think that’s it. i didnt want to look like a weirdo and take pictures of everything but i will next time. try this place! pretty good! service is eh. would have liked to have my 10% off but whatever, consider that dollar a tip.

Delicious, fresh and quick. The falafel were moist and the sandwiches packed. There were delicious sauces to complement the sandwiches and a fresh bar with pickled white and purple cabbage, chili and pickles. Would definitely come again.

I really like how this is almost like a Mediterranean version of Chipotle. I got their chicken bowl which had a lot of chicken, rice, tabouli, cucumbers and tomatoes. Their house tzatziki is great. Friend is a fan of their falafel. They have a bar with pickled cabbages, jalapenos, chilis, dill pickles. All complimentary. If I had a Falafel Palace near me, I would be there so often! Lots of parking. Dining area is huge and can accommodate groups. There is also patio seating. Restroom is located outside of the restaurant.

The restaurant is very clean. The staff is professional. The food is tasty. The atmosphere is meet ‘s need for the lunch crowd. Eat on the patio to escape the fried food smell.

I’ve only ate here once, but I will definitely be a returning customer. Upon first impressions, the restaurant is clean and service is great. I was greeted upon arrival and although I didn’t know what I wanted to order at first, the person taking my order was very patient. I ended up with the chicken shawarma plate. I have to say that the grilled onions made it amazing. They also have a condiments bar where you have several selections of pickled vegetables. Everything looked fresh which is obviously a concern for a lot of people, but definitely not an issue here! I was also given a baklava to try and it was amazing. They’re homemade and soooo delicious! Amazing food paired with friendly service at a fair price. You can’t go wrong!

First I’ll start with the service I received. Today was my first time eating here. I usually eat Urbane Café for lunch, but I decided to try something new. When I first walked in the young lady at the front was helping another customer and I didn’t like that she didn’t acknowledge me. A smile and I’ll be with you shortly would have been nice or just a head nod would have done. Even when it was my turn she had an attitude like she did not want to be at work. I asked a few questions about the menu and she acted as if I was a bother. I ended up ordering a garlic chicken pita. The lady who was ordering when I first walked in was very friendly and asked me what did I end up ordering. I told her and then she began to rave about the falafel. I informed her that I had never tried it before so she told me next time it’s a must! The older lady who was preparing the orders must have heard because she brought me out a sample. It was delicious! After eating there’s I realized I had tasted falafel before at Zankou Chicken and thought it was gross. Here it’s amazing! My chicken pita was just alright. It was huge, but wasn’t as delicious as the falafel. I can’t say I’ll get the pita again, but I’ll definitely be back for the falafel! Hopefully the customer service is better.

Love it here! The flavors are so rich and you get to feel healthy eating their stuff. When you order a plate, the sides are 50 cents extra each, if you want more than the standard 2 sides.

I have been here three times, which does not compare to the many times my husband has been here. We love the food and the service is fantastic. Each time I have been here I have left with a smile and a full tummy. This is such great food that my husband goes out of his way once a month, if not more often, just to get a gyro. We live in Simi so it is about a 20 – 30 minute drive with traffic. For those with picky children, my children have ate here and actually did so without any complaints!!! That to me would win me over even if the food wasn’t great but it is… :) If you haven’t been to the Falafel Palace I urge you to check it out, I’m sure you will get hooked like my husband is and I’m becoming.

Falafel Palace is our favorite hands down. My 5 year old son can’t get enough of the falafels and they’re his favorite out of all the restaurants in the valley. We love getting the shawarma and falafels and the hummus is amazing too! This is a wonderful, family run business to support. They even donated some of the food for our charity event to support Nevus Outreach! We will be coming here for many, many more years.

I wasn’t too much of a fan of the gyro here which was the suggested item. It was hard for me to eat the whole thing. I prefer the gyros at Firehouse Restaurant down the road. Better flavors and better bread.

You know me… always on the look for some place new to try and being that I love Middle Eastern/Greek food what better place to try out than the Falafel Palace for dinner. Love shawarma so went with the chicken shawarma pita and a side of fries. They offer a nice compliment of free condiments by the soda machine of hot peppers, red cabbage, and pickles just to name a few that really makes a nice touch to the place. The décor and seating area was nice and clean and you get a lot of natural light let in by all the big windows. There’s also a large outdoor eating area but I wanted to stay inside since this was my first time there. The chicken pita came out nice and fresh… the fries nice and hot. I would of preferred a natural cut french fry or thicker one to the shoestring style they use but nevertheless they were still nice and tasty and crisp which was good. I paid a little extra to get hummus added to my pita and I’m glad I did. The meat was juicy, not dry like a lot of falafel spots, and was loaded up with grilled onions, tomatoes, and lettuce to make the perfect combination. I paid about $ 11 bucks and some change for the pita combo even though they don’t list one on their menu. Which is a little ridic since that’s an option I’m sure a lot of people order but after starring up at the menu for a while the woman behind the counter suggested the option which had they just had it up there probably would of saved me like some valuable moments of my life that I’ll never get back. Haha… but whatever… I’m giving them a 3 out of 5 because although very good meal, nice environment, and serves a nice lemonade that’s not afraid to actually taste like a good ol fashioned yellow lemonade… I wasn’t blown away like this was the best shawarma of my life and I still want to try out the lamb gyro before I can really see if this place can bring it… even though they serve just plain shoestring fries… lol.

The falafel is delicious. Tabbouleh and hummus are great. There is a small salad bar. The service is great. They let me try one falafel before I ordered. Everything is fresh. The bread is good. I only can recommend to try for yourself.
