I’ve been here about four times and I’ve always gotten amazing customer service. The first time I went in there was to see what kind of charm bracelets they had. All of the ones they had were so cute. I told the lady that was helping me that I was not going to be purchasing anything that day but that I was looking for what kind is like to eventually get. This didn’t seemed to be a problem because she kept showing me everything and was never pressured to purchase a single thing. I went back two months later and purchased the original bracelet and charm I had eyed. Once again, the staff was super helpful and there was no pressure to get anything I didn’t want or need. They even put my friends gift in a little bag with a box. This is the kind of customer service i appreciate. Thank you!

My visit to the Fossil store yesterday was amazing the sales associate Liz, she should get a bonus or promotion or BOTH! She helped me the moment I stepped in to the time I walked out. Got my bi fold wallet and even showed me all the new sci-fi collection they had going on. Almost missed the earrings which led to my second visit to purchase the rocket earrings, where voting took place. The staff is helpful and amazing! :)

I am not a shopper. I bought my family gifts online and printed a receipt of the gift in the card with the picture(I know, I know). I was crossing my fingers when I purchased my husband to be a watch, I hoped that it was professional, classy and had an edge. It was all that and more. He was impressed and he can’t wait to wear it. I am very happy with my purchase and the guarantee it came with!

Yeah, I love Fossil. No need me for a major introduction for the store that I love. I am a Fossil Lover. I wish I could say it for the dinosaurs, but I love their watches since I was a kid. I have been to a lot of Fossil Stores from Canoga Park to Ontario and possibly beyond. Let’s pay a visit to Fossil at Northridge Fashion Center. Located in Northridge Fashion Center on the second floor near the food court, you’ll find my favorite brand, Fossil. During the weekend I went, Fossil stores across the nation were doing free battery replacements. Plus, I wanted to meet one of the Store Managers, Katrina. She is one of the friendliest managers I have met in all my Fossil Store meets. Like the other Fossil Stores, the store is perfectly laid out. Men’s and Women’s watches. However, I was there just to replace my battery. Unfortunately, they were not able to because of the tight seal. I know that shouldn’t be an excuse, but I just recently bough the Gold/Black watchbar. Eventually, the seal will be loose and I hope Fossil will do another battery replacement event. This Fossil Store is close to home. If I get my Fossil catalog, you’ll know that I will pay a visit soon. Just keep producing those Watchbar sets and I will keep buying them since its my favorite collection since the Grants. They should just have the«Ryan» Collection and for sure I’ll be loving them Unilocal! The One Stop Place For Your Everyday Research!

I must admit the service here is pretty incredible. Not only did the two associates answer any questions my family and I had, but they also joked around with us and made us feel really welcome. I would come back just for the employees. The merchandise on the other hand is overpriced in my opinion and kind of lacking. They have very few items, but fill up the store by having different colors of each item and a lot of them. A-OK in my opinion, but probably won’t find myself coming back here too often unless they add a greater variety of items to their collection.

Alright, after another visit I have to say I am absolutely in love with the staff at this Fossil. This time I was helped by a younger lady(long dirty blonde hair). I didn’t get her name but I’m sure you’ll recognize her once she whips out her amazing customer service skills. She allowed me to make a complete mess of the store. Anything I had the slightest interest in was in my hands within seconds. I was able to look inside, around, and outside of any product. She wasn’t afraid of me messing up her display but rather interested in me finding the right item that fit my every need. She was also great at suggesting and listening to what I had to say. She wasn’t just throwing any item out there in hopes of a big sell but more or less making me happy. Like I said before, they know there stuff so stick to the store and not the distributors. Overall The service DOES make up for the lack of product. Tip No shoes or clothes just accessories and bags.
