I have no idea whether this Dr. is any good or not. In the multiple times I’ve brought my 89 & 94 year old grandparents they’ve had to wait HOURS before being seen by the Dr. This is INSANE and cruel and entirely unprofessional. I’ve also taken my time to come by the office to leave messages and they’ve never made return calls.
I’ve had trips to the emergency room that have been better. Avoid this doctor office at all costs.

He is a knowledgable, great Dr. My husband went to UCLA and I insisted he go get a second opinion from Dr. Flora. He never went back to UCLA. His staff is very sweet and you can call them and they will always get your questions to the Dr. They actually answer the phone when they’re open! Not a computer like so many practices out their!
