I us to come here back in high school with friends it was one of the best Chinese food. I came here with my friends a couple of weeks ago. Let me tell you the chow mien look like spaghetti. The rice look like oatmeal. This place has really change in the years. I don’t think none of my friends finish their food. We are not picky when it comes to food but they even said that the food was nasty.

This is fast food Chinese, and with that in mind it is great for what it is. The portions are very generous, the single orders are almost double orders on their own. I had the orange chicken with fried rice and it did not disappoint. Unlike most small Chinese fast food restaurants the customer service was excellent. They were very friendly and I will be back to try other dishes.

It is a poor commentary on L.A. eaters that this place is still in business! Since I HAVETO give them a star, I will give them: Cleanliness:½ Real hot mustard and not the waste-of-time packaged mustard: ½ Now that I’ve got that bad taste out of my mouth, reminiscent of the meal… The chow mein was LITERALLY(and I know the proper use of the word) spaghetti noodles, not egg noodles, but duram semolina spaghetti noodles! With just some soy sauce to get it the right color and bits of cabbage — no onion, no garlic, no sprouts, no flavor. And since a large portion of the combo plate consists of the starch, there is no getting away from how wrong the taste and texture of the chow mein is. The spicy chicken was once battered, but then re-cooked, or sat too long, so that the coating was soggy like thick wallpaper paste. It was coated in chili sauce, so that was it’s only flavor, but just awful.

This review is based on the Boba I tried there. It was very bad. They mixed some strawberry syrup with ice and blended it. Added some Boba that was cooked who knows when and handed it over. It was about $ 4 for the cup(one size only). I sampled to orange chicken and garlic chicken as well and they tasted very basic. Wouldn’t be back here. The lady serving me was nice and helpful though.

Go to Panda Express if you can. I agree w/another Unilocaler on this review, the only reason it’s two stars instead of one is because the workers were very nice when I walked in. The food is bland and I ended up throwing away both of my main choices after taking one bite from each. I ordered the pork in bean sauce and orange chicken and the orange chicken was black!!! I think they might’ve overcooked it and the sugars just sorta clumped together. I only ate the noodles(chow mein) and that’s because I had to eat something.

I usually never do reviews, but this place is so good. I don’t live in the area, I live 2 hours away from Reseda, but I do have family in the valley, and every time I visit, I have to come to this place. It is, hands down so good, I do want to note that I usually get the same thing every time I eat here, but I have yet to find a place in my area that is good like this one. I have tried so many and non compare to this place.

Only reason that this isn’t a 1 star review is because the people were nice. Sadly their food sucked. Their chowmein was orange like spaghetti and they even used spaghetti noodles. It tasted like spaghetti too so I don’t know how they can even call it chowmein. Both their orange and sweet and sour chicken were coated in sugar sauce and they clumped together. It was just nasty. Then we tried their«boba» it’s essentially just a shaved ice coated in syrup. You could tell that the pearls inside of them weren’t refrigerated and they were hard to chew. Place was just nasty.

The place is clean, the portions are huge and the staff are very friendly. Unfortunately, the food is pretty terrible. Sorry, but everything is extremely bland and soggy. Chow-mien has no taste and fried rice is seriously some rice and soy sauce mixed together. The orange chicken taste like sweet pieces of soggy dough. And trust me, I came on a weekend during dinner time so it wasn’t old food that’s been sitting out all day. Sorry, but one of the worst I’ve had. I feel terrible for writing this so you can always try for yourself. Maybe you’ll like it?

Wow where to begin! My boyfriend and I wanted to try a new Chinese food place in our area and stumbled upon wok express. I wasn’t walking in there expecting 5 star Chinese food but I did expect the people working there know how to cook basic chow main and teriyaki chicken. The food looked good when I ordered it but when I got home to actually try it, it was extremely disappointing. I actually had to take the chow main and teriyaki chicken out of the to go box put it on a pan and cook it myself. I had some teriyaki sauce and soy sauce and I was able to season if myself but still had a hard time eating it and had to throw it away. Thanks for the huge disappointment!

I came here because I had a sudden craving for Chinese food but didn’t want to go down to the Great Wall. So I came in here. Everything was dope. i appreciate the fact that the lady in the front actually FILLEDTHECONTAINER with food, unlike Panda Express where the employees act like it’s coming out of their paycheck. It’s also slightly cheaper. ANDITTASTESBAAAMB: D

I been going to this place since I was a lil kid. Back when it used to b located next to Burger King. This is one of the only 2 Chinese food places that I go to. Usually when I wat Chinese food. It gives me a bad mess in my stomach the next day. But this place doesn’t. I love the orange chicken. And beef with broccoli. Those are my main sides. The chow mein n rice are good too. It improved a lot. Because the chow mein used to b a lil tasteless but they improved it. The customer service is great. The Latina lady(don’t got her name) is the best at customer service. In all the years i been there I have never gotten any bad customer service or have gotten helped with attitude. She’s really nice. And she hooks it up. My wife and me would always go when she was prego and with one jammed packed box of food. It was enough to feed us both. There is enough tables to sit. The place looks clean. And one major thing is that they ACCEPTCREDITCARDS. Most Chinese food places only take cash. Overall. It’s a great Chinese good place spot. I been coming here since my parents would take me back when I was 10 n I’m 23 now. N I will continue to come here.

Another panda express clone. Bland food, didn’t even finish all the Orange chicken, it was pretty bad.(I rarely throw away food). No reason to go here unless you’re looking for panda express. Side note: service was fine and the place was clean, so a good enough substitute for panda express. Absolutely don’t go expecting anything better than that though.

So good for the cost! Chow main is delicious, all the food I’ve tried has been good. My favorite are of course the orange chicken, the sweet & sour chicken is good also. I personally don’t eat pork everyone I know orders the pork ribs here. The spicy chicken strips are also good, not to spicy. Staff here is also very friendly!

Oh man! I came in here one day for lunch, not expecting anything great. I had $ 5 and refused to spend anymore for lunch. I thought, «I’ll just get a small chicken bowl and don’t expect too much». The service was great. The lady was very polite. I ended up getting a bowl with half fried rice, half chow mein, and mandarin chicken. I rushed back to work and when I took the first bite I was in heaven! It was sooo good! Please tell me why this was much more amazing than Panda Express– and half the price! AND– they are not stingy with their portions. I was only able to eat half of it. The other half I saved it for the next day’s lunch. Basically, I had lunch for 2 days all for the price of $ 4.54!!! To reiterate: — Taste(Check!) — Price(Check!) — Portion(check!) — Friendliness(check!) Come try it for yourself!

So, I don’t really write reviews but, I just had to today. I used to get chinese food from this place when it was in their old location. Food quality wasn’t that good either but, it was like my go-to place when I was craving some. I really liked how they improved their food quality over the months here. They’re owned by koreans who know how to cook! Also, they accept credit card! Wat?! Most places are Cash Only but this place just saved my ass because my lunch break isn’t that long. Also, their chow mein and garlic chicken are awesome! I’ll be going here for a while.

I’m really happy about this place; it exceeded every expectation I had. I can eat many chinese foods all over the fast food galaxy and be content, but this is a five star lil gem to me. They make the hot mustard fresh, there’s FRIEDCHICKEN and it’s so crunchy and awesome, the service is really nice, and that means, also, that they pay attention to the quality of the food they put out so nothing is left under the microwaving light too long. I have written in another review about this being chinese fast food heaven on earth, and this holds true. They get many points also for having mexican coke.
