Amazing private instruction and small class instruction for Pilates. If you want your body to look and perform at its best, there is only one exercise. You work muscles you didn’t even know you have for a sculpted, long, lean, beautiful look. Improve your posture, your grace and minimizes risk of injury. Lisa is very knowledgeable in the anatomy of the body and can also coach you on your eating habits. The workout is completely customized to you and you will walk out of there knowing that your whole body is being transformed. You have to go here!
