The owner is so nice and friendly. He willingly takes all my prepaid boxes (Amazon & Zappos) and helps me prep and tape ‘em up. I always see him helping people with making copies, sending faxes, etc. I miss this kind of customer service!

This place is awful! The owners are very shady! They tried to charge me over $ 12 for a medium sized box and 3 sheets of bubble wrap. He charged me $ 2.00 for taping up the box! When I asked him why it was going to cost me $ 12 when the box alone cost under $ 4, he nervously started adding it up and said it would cost me $ 4 plus $ 1.50 for bubble wrap plus $ 2 for taping it up, this of course equals around $ 8. When asked why he quoted me $ 12 at the beginning, he said that’s what it usually costs for packing. What?! Even with the ridiculous $ 2 charge for taping up the box, where does the extra charge of $ 4 come from? Seriously!!! I told him to break down each item and it came out to be a little over $ 8. It’s really not about the money, but the principle. Maybe if he was friendly, I would have just considered it as tip. It’s sad that people are still trying to scam and deceive consumers. This was my 2^nd time visiting this place and now never again. First time was just to copy keys. I sincerely hope that this post will inform the owners to change their business practice and conduct honest business from now on; cause you make more money on a satisfied returning customer than a pissed off consumer! Go inside the Galleria market postal service place across the street instead, there’s two of them in there and they don’t charge to tape up a box or even for bubble wrap!!!
