McDonald’s

They are so Nice and fast in the drive thru and never rush me when I want to order. They never run out of anything like other McDonald’s. They have friendly service and always give me extra sauces again not like most McDonald’s and in ver good area and drive thru is so easy to go thru

I’ve been going to this McDonald’s for years. I don’t necessarily have a problem walking in and ordering besides the large number of homeless people stacked near the restrooms. It’s like a squaring grounds for hobos.
My biggest problem is drive thru accuracy. Probably 8 out of 10 times they get my orders wrong. I don’t really complain about this since it’s my fault for not checking my orders right away, but because of this I believe they should bring back double check.
I don’t make complicated orders. I’ll order something like #3 and 4 both with diet cokes. Simple. I’m always missing a fries, hash brown, or wrong soda. The latest mistake was when I ordered a large iced black coffee plain. Instead I got a small Sprite. The heck? How did a large iced black coffee turn into a small Sprite?
Not inaccuracies are bad. One time I ordered just 3 double cheese burgers and that’s what I paid for. Instead I got #3, apple pies, and 20 piece chicken. I didn’t really check on the food since I was already in a hurry. I suppose someone lucked out of food.
This is a McJob. How to you screw that up? What’s also interesting is that I always see a new cashier taking my order like they can’t keep a valuable employee every month.
As I’m writing this, I just ordered a number 6 at the drive thru just to prove my point. Will it be right or wrong…

EVERY time I think to give this McDonalds another shot I want to shoot myself for thinking it was going to work out. They are THE worst. So I ordered two double quarter pounders (my parents request because McDonalds is not on my go to list) and the artisan burger with cheese no onion in potato bread. Ok… Stale bread, quarter pounder patty (not artisan), tomato and Mayo but no lettuce. Worst burger I’ve had ALL year. But get this, I had one from another McDonalds and it was so on point I told other people to try. Next time, I’ll drive the extra blocks for a McDonalds that cares about their product. And I don’t even go there often… Now it will be even less. Ugh.

It’s been months now and this franchise has declined ever more. Again, watch out for the «rancidity» taste in many foods; or maybe you have a lucky day. You are lucky if you see the same face twice! The store is sooo outdated and unwelcoming. If you have an «issue» they look at you funny and they don’t try (or know) how to appease the the customer.
I think this place is jinxed

I always have issues when I go to this location. Today I ordered a large meal and when I got home I had medium fries. Then the other day I ordered a double cheeseburger plain and when I got home it wasn’t plain. Another time I ordered a sausage mcmuffin and a hash brown. I had a coupon for a free hash brown and it took a good 5 – 10 minutes for them to get it to work. Or at least I thought it did. When I got home there was no hash brown. So I guess the manager just deleted the hashbrown without telling me.

When you come through here, they get mad if you sit at the window to double check your order, yet you’d better, because they often forget items. Then, even when you incur their wrath and even when you count items and such, you’ll often get home to find that items are missing ingredients. This isn’t because you ask for no pickles or no onions, they just mysteriously aren’t there. Fries are often cold. When you email in a complaint, the owner will call and tell you about how it’s your fault for their errors. If you try to talk, he talks over you until you finally stop talking, at which point he seems to think that is the sign that you are admitting that it’s your fault that you received poor service. When he called after approx. 10 days post-​an emailed complaint, he actually asked if I still had the wrongly made burger. Said he can’t be expected to refund me or do anything if I cannot prove the problem happened, said it was my fault for not driving back in once I’d gotten settled in at home and discovered the problem.
I know McD’s is a franchise, but man, should they be embarrassed that this store has their name on it!

Never has the current Happy Meal toys. Very old fashioned look, not sure if individually owned because it doesn’t have the digital menus like the other surrounding locations.

Let’s start with McDonald’s a good location for breakfast if you’re in a rush which I was today. I got the typically sausage mc muffin and a hash brown. I wanted to get orange juice but they had no more, which is kinda ridiculous since orange is sold mostly during there breakfast. The service at the walk up counter wasn’t great I had to stand by here while ppl walked by and didn’t ask if I needed help. Luckily there are several McDonald’s all around so I won’t have to come here again.

Clean dining area and clean female restroom. Can’t really rate the food because I dint purchase any food items

The absolute WORST McDonald’s in Northridge! AVOID AT ALL COSTS ESPECIALLY AT LATE NIGHT drive thru when they know you’re probably not coming back to have them fix your order! They don’t care about the food that they serve here and they could care less about the quality of how they serve it!
I didn’t check in there on Unilocal the other night but after my experience I had there I told myself oh ya… I got a real special review coming for this spot… fo sho! I actually passed several other spots the other night to come here on my way home and that just pours more salt in my wound and pisses me of even more when I think about it!
Long story short went thru the drive thru late night Saturday night 8÷1÷15 and that janky crew there served me stale ass, cold ass, reheated ass, sitting around under a heat lamp too long ass fries and some old ass been sitting around for like 2 hours stale and luke warm disgusting cheeseburgers! I mean the two most basic items you could make on the menu and they passed them off like it was all good. I guess I’m lucky I even got a good drink at least that wasn’t flat. Jeez! Again… ABSOLUTE WORST MCDONALD’S IN NORTHRIDGE! Normally something like that happens and I’m turning right back around and going off on someone. But with it being late I said you know what better to let everyone on Unilocal know instead and handle this like that.
I will NEVER GIVE THIS MCDONALD’S ANOTHER DIME OF MY MONEY AND I HOPE THAT THEY FEEL THE HIT FROM EVERYONE my review touches and decided to eat somewhere else! I would give 0 stars if I could for some BS like that but consider this one star like a middle finger sticking straight up and it’s not because you’re #1!

Every time I come to this location i receive cold ass food. Then I call to complain and no answer

The sound in here is total chaos. You’ve got the super loud TV and the loud canned music, and who can possibly hold a conversation unless you just shout? Generally the staff is pretty nice and I like the service, but I’ve asked for the TV to be turned down a few times and they say they’ll try and then nothing happens. The Jack in the Box up the street has no TV and plenty of electrical outlets for your phones, so I think I’ll head up there! At least I can think straight and converse there.

There wasn’t enough staff tonight but a lot of customers. The cashier was so nice. She apologized for the inconvenience and offered us refills or a free cookie, apple pie, or ice cream.

I use this place for morning runs. Drive through goes by pretty fast and orders always accurate.

I won’t comment the food since everyone likes it or not. But the service was so slow although there we’re so many people working and less customers. And those who could have done service were busy with unnecessary things. I was not even greeted.

Lucky I can give this place 1 star. I only go when I have no other choice. Horrible service!!! And the food is always old!!! Not worth a penny

Very Bad Coffee at Drive through. It was weak, and not fresh. We had meeting at cal state near by and needed coffee. Staff did not take the time to make and keep fresh hot coffee for their cash paying customers at this McDonalds and i would not recommend ordering coffee at this drive through.
In general this McDonalds looks older and a bit run down.

Was just there buying breakfast for my sons and gf. A young girl by the name of Veronica I think (nice eyebrows) took my order and she was very nice but I figure she was new because she was unsure of the menu which was ok so she asked ALMA and when the young girl charged me I noticed she had duplicated a sandwich… No big deal again I brought it to her attention, and ALMA scolded her in front of me and the rest of the patrons in the establishment. The fact that this McDonald’s is so close to my home makes it convenient, but my family and I will never return. ALMA is the MANAGER? I say redo!

Hands down the worst McDonalds I have ever set foot. Everytime I order something, I think they take pride in putting it into the bag UPSIDE DOWN. Fries… all over the bag. Cinnamon Rolls… spilling ‘icing’ all over the bag, my car, my shirt. How is it even possible to get that much icing all over the outside of the box unless you are trying to do so? Even my friggin Big Macs are placed into the bag upside down.
The staff seems friendly and professional, but when you see such a lack of basic fast food courtesy, it makes me wonder about the management,

I came here with a craving for the fresh, hot, and salty fries that Mc Donald’s is so well known for. Instead, my meal consisted of food that tasted hours old. The chicken nuggets and fries were not piping hot. They were barely warm and not crunchy at all. The fries looked and tasted like they had been reheated too many times, and had very few salt particles carelessly tossed onto them. The icing on top? I received one napkin. ONE NAPKIN for an entire meal. The service was mediocre and the workers looked unhappy. Even though I attend school down the street, I will never come back.

It’s McDonalds so what can you expect but a Bacon McDouble should have bacon on it, at least you would think so. I unfortunately stop here for a quick bite before jumping on the bus but I just need to stop coming here all together. Tonight was just the final push to just ignore them. Can’t even say it was an employee who was busy and made a mistake, it was slow and it was the manager Terry who hurriedly rang me up, not offering the combos like they instruct the employees to do or any upselling at all. Just bad form on the management. Oh well, if I need a fast food I’ll just hit Carls across the way
