Northridge Scion

Yesterday when I visited the Toyota Northridge dealership, I really wasn’t planning on returning my lease and starting another 3 year lease with Toyota. My lease was due to expire in March of this year and I was just exploring my options. When I met and spoke with Katherine Hitchcock, she was very helpful, and had a quality that I can only describe as very honest, smart, and kind. The combination put me at ease at once and before I knew it, I was agreeing to another 3 year lease with Toyota, with one of the 2015 Prius C’s on the lot.
Once Katherine already had the sale, she didn’t stop being extremely thorough. She made sure I understood how the new car features worked and even helped me program my phone and input my home address on the navigation system.
I was so impressed with Katherine, that I am already hoping she is there when I return this car in 3 years and sign another lease. I am very grateful you have sales people on your staff like Katherine. She is both competent, honest, kind and amazing.
