For all you truffle lovers like myself, let me share with you my new found heaven. Find the biggest loaf of warm doughy bread, pour the white truffle oil into a large bowl, sit back and dip your way into cloud nine!
If you LOVE quality and expect the best in your foods, then this company delivers without a doubt. If I owned a restaurant or deli, this would be my supplier hands down. But since I don’t and can’t exactly call myself a pro, I won’t let that stop me from trying!
Last weekends dinner party using Oro del sole’s products was a huge success. I made ravioli with pomodoro sauce, mini heirloom tomatoes & cucumber salad drizzled in their Truffle extra virgin olive oil (I just drooled thinking about it), and fish with a bit of the lemon flavored oil. My friends thought I ordered in LOL!!! Can’t wait to learn new recipes from this place!
