Matthew is the best trainer ever. I started with him four months ago and I’ve shaped my body in a way I couldn’t imagine before. He is motivating during the workouts. He shows me all the exercises. If I am doing an exercise incorrectly, he will correct me. Like today, my bicep curl wasn’t angled correctly and Matthew nudged my elbows into the correct position. He keeps a timer to time my workout. He tracks my reps & sets of a workout and the particular weight I used on a sheet of paper and I get a copy of the paper. The paper is very handy because I can see myself progress over the weeks clearly. I don’t think there could be a better trainer.
