Shine All-Star Cheer

I have to say my daughters have been cheering for Shine for 3 years now and not only do they love it but so do I. It’s our second family. The staff is amazing always willing to work things out as long as your communicating with them. I’ve seen alot of the cheerleaders grow up before me and they are all like my own. You can see the dedication the coaches have to these kids and that’s a wonderful thing. They care and I mean truly care for each and every athlete at their gym. I’ve been team mom for 2 seasons now and I thought being team mom was hard my first season but I see how much work these coaches do during competition and off season and it isn’t easy. I would and do I recommend this Cheer Company to everyone it is very family oriented business. I love my SHINE family and you will too.

Great company! I think they are going to be around for awhile and do some great things.
My daughter has been cheering for over 15 years and we have done pop warner, high school and all star teams. The owner are very nice people who are very supportive of their team. My daughters spends hours on end there and has really taken a liking to them. I have to trust her judgment cause she doesn’t do that all the time so they must be great. Although I’m rarely at the gym I have to go strictly on the feed back of the person who matters and that’s my cheerleader. Anywhere you go it’s gonna cost money and time but wow $ 50/​t-​shirts? Must have been a one of a kind cause I have never paid that much for one here. Good job Cristina and Rudy don’t get discouraged by the negative posts from people.

An AMAZING Company!!! Our daughter’s have been with the squad for over a year now and we could not be happier.
I myself was a Cheerleader in High School and wanted my daughter’s to have the Cheer experience. We have put them several different squads (Pop Warner & AllStar) over the years and am glad that we have finally found our «home». Our oldest daughter loves it so much that she not only Cheer’s for her High School squad (2 – 3 hour practices), she then gets off of school practices and heads over to SHINE for AllStar practice. We see how the girls on the squads love and work so well with each other and that is due to the AWESOME Coaches & the AMAZING Staff. Both Coaches & Staff treat the girls like they are their own.
We did our research before coming to SHINE on other squads and their prices and we are very happy with everything that SHINE offers.
For the Bad Review person that commented — really hope you are happy wherever you land. If you had such strong concerns… did you voice everything you posted here with Management??? And I think you might be stretching the truth about the cost of t-​shirts. With your comment about «the back» — I don’t think you were a
Cheerleader” — it’s a routine… no one is punished by being put in the back. All the girls move around. I bet that this was not how your daughter felt about it. Shame on you on you Vegas comment. Did you do finance for the Gym and know where their money goes? You are Such the bully — amazing that you were in charge of running leagues for kids. THANK GOD my kids don’t play in your leagues. Good Luck wherever your daughter lands. SHE will be missed by her teammates!

WORST TEAM EVER! DISORGANIZED, MONEY HUNGRY AND KEEP THEIR WORD. DRAMA TEAM, DRAMA TEAM, AND OMG DRAMA TEAM!
Ok!!! if you are the type of parent who loves to be forced to buy mandatory 50 dollar t-​shirts, sweaters, or if you love to be silenced when it comes to expressing your self on your personal facebook or now on Unilocal (because they will hold it against you and put your daughter in the back should you say anything remotely bad or negative on your social page), and if you are the type of parent who does not mind that your daughter will be placed on the line up based on how good you are with in the owners network then this is the place for you.
well where do I start, I have run and successfully leagues for kids to be active and have fun. And after having seen how these people run their program I must say DON’T DO IT! stay away from this poorly managed organization.
Besides waiting till the last 9 months of the season for the warm up gear, they were the wrong size, and if you don’t like that you must buy new ones because its not their fault it does not fit, and OMG they are quick to collect fees for their merchandise, but when it comes to delivering they have every excuse as to why it has taken 3 months just to get a simple sweatshirt we purchased for daughter.
They sure do love to throw it in your face when you are close to violating their contract, however when they breech their own contract they don’t think its bad because its always in their favor. The list Goes on, I’m not going to list them all here, if you choose to join you will personally see what I mean.
I have done one more peace of research and I cannot seem to find them on the California secretary of the state business portal, so this name they are using for the gym is or may not be a legal entity in California, however they sure like to represent this name as if it was. So the question you have to ask your self is this a program that you want to put your daughter (s) in? you want my opinion? from one who has been thru a full season with this organization NO!!! DONT DO IT there are plenty of other programs that actually make it to nationals or world, Shine is not one of them, they are far from being a decent starter program and certainly do not care about anyone else except their money. Good luck if you choose to join Shine.
PS vegas competitions is less than 2 weeks so they are sure on top of collections and past due fees. I guess they need gambling money, because they have their rooms comp’d due to group reservations. Good luck to all who don’t take this and chose to join anyways.
