SK Landscape Design

I have used SK for years. I bought my home in 2001, they design the backyard and did the weekly maintenance for almost a decade. Now that I am in the market for another home, I will use them again for certain.

SK Landscaping has been in the Northridge area for many years now and the work that I have seen this company do is above par. SK Landscaping will assist in the design of your property’s landscaping and execute it so that the outcome is just what you want. Their knowledge of drought tolerant plants are right in line with what we Californians need. And their end work is pleasing to the eye. They have a yard maintenance program that works for all. The office staff is always so kind and helpful. I’m very pleased with the work they do.

Where do i start…
Yesterday I looked for some Landscapers, SK showed up as local, affordable, professional and customer service orientated. A LIE !
The lady Kim whom i spoke with is so sweet and nice, she was the absolute best part of this place. Everything else so far failed.
She makes me a same day appt. WOW (but now i understand why they are so available) so i get home to meet WIlliam the «Desinger».
From the minute he arrived he must of past judgment on me asking me why do I want to do this or why that. I gave him my concept of what I want done and he dissapproved and asked me. He then goes on with saying they are not the cheapest but they are affordable and good. I wanted that, i wanted a Licensed and Insured Company to complete my project I know this is more costly but that is why I called them Directly and not the other guys.
Anyway to continue on w/​story… he was short, rude, and he did not want to be there. I sensed this right away. So as i continued to explain my concept he didnt care or want to be here so i stopped my self and politely said «you know what, nevermind i can see you dont want to be here», he replied w/​«Thank you» and started walking away.
He said to me during his walk out you dont have a design you have a concept. I explained to him that his website clearly states all we need is a vision and they will help us. His reply to that was NO it doesn’t (please look it up 9÷10÷15 as of today its there unless they change it later). I saved a copy of the page if someone needs to prove it.
Do not use them… Unprofessional, rude and will pass judgement on you right away if you dont meet there criteria of an individual that they want to work with. There are lots of other vendors out there Search the 661 area code to find more.

SK Landscape has excellent customer service. They will do anything to get the job done right.

Met with him for an estimate agreed on landscaping and weekly service. After several no shows and no notification we decided to cancel the big order and look elsewhere. Nice guy… knows his industry but no business man.

Total rip off! Do not hire them for landscaping, or monthly gardening! Worst customer service, high prices, horrible response time. Feel free to contact me with any questions.
