We had a couple of serious pest issues with bees around the outside of our house and rodents in the attic. We called several companies for help, but we are very satisfied that we ended up with Speedy’s. It’s a perfect example of an honest business, where they really do care about their customers. We had the pleasure of having Joe come to our house several times to take care of the issues, and several follow up visits to ensure the issues were completely taken care of. Joe is very professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and actually cares about fixing the problem(which I find very rare these days). Speedy’s is certainly our go to company now for any pest issues. A good honest business that we fully trust to help us deal with our issues. With the good prices they offered us, it’s an easy decision to make!

first time user and boy am I happy!!! Orkin had me living with my roach’s for a full month telling me that it could take a full year to see full results. They told me I had to call a refrigerator repair man to pull out my fridge where speed’s guy came in looked at my fridge and said that he was familiar with and that it just needed a wrench to pull down the wheels built into the fridge and it would pull right out. Well it was wedged in a little but Speed’s tech was not giving up until we got it out and he could fully treat behind the fridge!!! He was awesome!!! thank you seedy pest solutions!!!

We have been customers for 2 years now and I can’t be happier — opossums, skunks, spiders all resolved. We recently moved to a new home and unknown to us we had an infestation of crickets. Though I was in a panic, Speedy’s came, worked their magic and I haven’t seen any crickets, dead or alive, in several weeks. I recommend Speedy’s to friends and family alike. I am happy to see a response from the company, and other reviews that reflect what I’m sure is their usual, satisfactory business. I hope that the owner reached out to current and recent customers and encouraged them to write a review. I appreciate that the owner took the time to call after my review and I received multiple messages(on Unilocal,and 2 voicemails(cell and work)) asking me to remove it. My intention was never to hurt anyone’s business, but I won’t take it down as it is a truthful account of my personal experience. Things happen! Mistakes are made, and we learn from them. Forums such as Unilocal provide customers the opportunity to rate THEIR experience with a company, so future customers can make a valid, well researched decision. That’s why I’m happy to see the effort made to get more reviews. One of my biggest points of contention was with the work that was done to fix the damage caused. We asked for the entire ceiling to be painted, and the company said no. Maybe that was a miscommunication between the office manager and the technician, but it’s well documented in our emails. That is the only thing that I must respectfully disagree on from the company’s response. We chose not to accept the 6 months of service solely based on wanting to move on. When working with Joe, we got the impression that he was the owner and asked both him and Susana, the office manager if that was the case. We were told that he wasn’t the actual owner, but in my voicemail, it turns out that he is. I don’t know why, when we questioned why the owner hadn’t reached out to us, that it wasn’t corrected. If that means Joe recently acquired the business and is now the owner, then I wish him all the best!

I called Speedy’s and not only do they have the best customer service they also have the best technician in town. This was a little out of my area but I read there reviews and I am so happy I made that call. I have been with them for almost 2 years now. Sandra calls me to remind me of my appointments and gives me the best customer service. Johhny comes to my home and is very respectful to my grandmother and family and comes in and takes care of business. I can trust and call them anytime and they be there. Best experience ever! Technician came out, told me I(thank god) did not have bed bugs, and refused to accept payment for the inspection. How refreshing to have such great customer service!
