Frishta and the rest of the team of sandwich artisans are professional, courteous and very friendly. Went in with eyes on my usual Black Bean footlong and Frishta(Store Mgr) casually suggested the Vegetarian Patty version as her fav(didn’t know the diff), turns out It tasted even better and got me hooked! A talent to appreciate and trust towards creating happy customer experiences over just profits. Well done!

Sitting in my favorite restaurant with Sara and Julian waited on us. He was so kind, polite, friendly, professional. He has the best customer service. He treats everyone with respect. I enjoy going to subway and seeing Julian because I am going to get the best service. He is a hard worker and a great leader.

The bread was great! I wish Subway was still as cheap as it used to be. It has gotten very pricey. But, what can you do. Now its $ 6 footlong, not $ 5. Even the veggie sandwich which has like $ 1 worth of ingredients is $ 5.50. Nice lady behind the counter and great that they keep the place clean. Reseda is a yucky neighborhood haha.

So yesterday on 1÷10÷16 around 11:00 pm me & my wife went to this location this was the worst experience ever & also you lost a customer due to two unprofessional employees named Ana aka Banana said on her name tag & the other worker named Maria. I am very upset my wife just wanted to switch her sandwich well the sandwich wasn’t even made to start it off. Ana was making her sandwich which the bun was only toasted, she was so aggressive making the sandwich slamming it on the counter putting pressure on the bun giving us attitude she sure had a temper I could tell you that for sure. I am so upset I know these employees don’t represent subway the right way I just hope no other customer gets this experience going to this location.

I have been to this location a couple of times. If you like Subway, then you will enjoy this location also. The food is solid-Subway. The location is always clean. The customer service, for the most part, is good. At times, the customer service can be hit and miss. All in all, it’s in a convenient location, and if you are in the mood for Subway, then it’s a good place to stop.

WoW never they never heard of the customers always right here that’s for sure if you talk to the owner. First she build have to chicken on the floor and did not replace it with any new chicken. The looked puzzled because I didn’t want my sandwich toasted. Not wanted to have a bad lunch I attempt to ignore her mannerisms. Next she ask what I want on it. She Paris it with minimum amount of ingredients. I make my Way to the register to pay. And the upsell starts. «can I make a meal or anything else» she asked. I reply no thank you just a sandwich. ” can I get you some cookies“ No thank just the sandwich please. «Can I get you some chips» No just my sandwich please. «How about a drink» My reply you must be the owner. well yes with a big grin. Can you please stop the upsell I have already told you I don’t want anything you’re being extremely rude. What big to differ sir I’m just doing my job. ?!? I told you several times I only wanted to sound like you would not listen no you are up selling product I do not want! I’m sorry sir would you like anything else with that. I will not go back here and let her have one penny of my earnings. The sad thing is everyone who works there is extremely nice. To bad.

High marks for being a 24 hour place, but falls perfect since it’s just subway subs that you can find during regular business hours anywhere else. Besides that you come and get what you expect and is great at any time of the day.

Have been giving the Subway App a try since it’s super convenient when on a time constraint. Twice I’ve ordered and both times they’ve improperly prepared my sandwich. Missing vegetables, cheese and toasted when the confirmation email states everything like I want it. They do have it ready within 15mins of submitting a request on the app which is a plus.

Most subways don’t have restrooms… I love this subway because they have a restroom for customers and they are open 24⁄7 …I was just there on Thursday & wasn’t too hungry… I had ate subway a few days ago at work for lunch so I wasn’t really craving a sub… I ask to have a sample of their chicken salad, So Cindy M. gave me some on a cucumber it was delicious… I love her style… she was friendly, professional and most of all had no attitude… keep up the good work

I wasn’t happy this time because Cynthia S. wasn’t friendly with us. We are trying to eat smaller portions and we decided to share a sub. Theres somethings i like in my sub that my boyfriend doesn’t and the other way around. She made us feel we were bothering her by our requests and couldn’t wait for us to get out of there. I love subway and usually give very good reviews, but this location wasn’t my favorite.

Great staff. They are always ripping through orders. Edgar has been there some time and even if I miss a month he still knows me when I come in. Really small parking lot, you best bet is parking behind the strip mall in the shared w/Tommy’s parking lot.

Compared to other Subways in the area, this one is definitely better than the others. It’s very clean, well staffed and the employees here make awesome sandwiches. They take care to make everything neat and add as much or as little of everything you ask for. Also a bonus they are open 24⁄7.
