If you want to deal with an uncaring secretary who implies that she knows more than your physician, who is rude and demeaning, who fails to follow through and tries to avoid patients who have Medicare, this is the place for you. If like me, you will not stand for such conduct, run, don’t walk, from this place. I have Medicare and the most comprehensive Medicare supplement in existence, yet this company’s secretary continually ordered me to get records from my referring doctor, because, INHEROPINION the physician’s records were insufficient. When I requested that she help by calling my doctor, her response was that it wasn’t her job. After telling me to «jump through numerous additional hoops» she said, AGAIN, INHEREXPERT(?) OPINION, that the records were not good enough. I cancelled my appointment. I telephoned a nationally recognized orthothc center, faxed them my records and they immediately informed me that the records were clearly sufficient for Medicare coverage. I can only assume that the secretary/self described expert stands for the same philosophy as her employer. There is more than sufficient competition. No one should have to put up with inferior rude conduct.

I visited Vogue for a quadricep tendon repair brace. Due to a mixup in the scheduling, I went there a day early and did not have an appointment. Letty, who works the front desk, accommodated me and squeezed me in to see the specialist. I was seen by Armen, he was very professional and very polite. Overall, I was very happy with Vogue, and I recommend to anyone. B. Lopez

My elderly, legally blind mother was told by her doctor that Vogue might be able to come to her assisted living facility to fit her for shoes there. So she called and they said they could and made an appointment with her. Then days later they called back and started grilling her on whether she had other ways to come to them, telling her they would not come to her type of facility. They were pressing her on why her facility would take her to her doctor(which they do) but not to their office(which they don’t). Overhearing this as I was visiting my mother, I then called to complain to a manager about them grilling my mother and they started to ask why me(her son who lives in a different city) why can’t take her. I never got a call back from the owner, which is what I was told t expect. I think this company does not seem reputable, and I would not recommend using them.

This is the place where I picked up my splint after the bunion surgery. I was helped by Mr. Mark Tracy. He was very friendly and polite. When I went in, we had a little problem because my insurance company didn’t specify what kind of splint I was supposed to receive. So Mr. Tracy assumed that I would need a night splint. After I went to see Dr. Neuman for a post-op check up, he told me to get another splint, which was a day splint. Dr. Neuman basically gave me one of the items he had in his office, and gave me a prescription to hand to Mr. Tracy. He wanted me to get a replacement for the splint that he gave me so that I wouldn’t have to pay him. So I went to see Mr. Tracy again, and he kindly ordered a new splint. He said that he had never had a patient who needed a splint before, so he had to consult with his colleague. I was really appreciative of what he did for me. It caused him some hassle, but he apologized TOME for the wait and the hassle. Mr. Tracy truly made me feel important as a patient.
