Best wings on earth ! No lie I can eat their with wings all day but I’d get fat ha. Their original hot and lemon pepper are the best ! Ever since my first visit at wingstop bout 5 years ago I’ve been hooked. wait time usually sucks but you gotta wait for good food yo. Otherwise go to McDonald’s lmaoo My all time favorite restaurant is WINGSTOP!!!

They completely Messed up my order, only offered a 20% discount, what that’s like $ 2.00 off a $ 20 order. They want me to bring the food back to get a refund but I have to go to class & take my final. Wanted to eat before class, now I can’t even eat them at all & I have to bring the order back tomorrow uneaten portion. I am hungry & angry.

Came into this location on a Friday night, tryed to order before I came and left me hold for about 8 minutes, by then I had then made it to the location only for the cashier to tell me there were no fries and only chicken and veggie sticks, but before I could order I saw a cook drop a piece of chicken on counter that had been wiped off with bleach and put it into the box. Not making this up good luck eating and ordering here.

Ordered three combos online at 6:20pm and said it’ll be ready by 6:41pm. I showed up at 6:50pm and they said the order was almost ready it just needed the wings. We waited and didn’t get our order until 7:12pm. With that being said the customer service was good and the ladies were very nice. The wings were nicely coated and had a good crunch. We all got cheese fries and they were bomb! So overall the food is good. Just don’t expect your food in a timely manner if you order around dinner time.

All i can say is 20 to 25 minutes became an hour for a 15 piece combo for pickup on a sunday with no other customers. You tell me if thats ok…

I love wings, they’re one of my favorite foods to eat. With that being said, this was my second visit ever to a Wingstop. My first visit didn’t really warrant coming back for a second but it had been a few years and I was able to place my order online. 20 wings and a order of fries for a little over $ 18, not too bad. 20 minutes later I arrive and wait in line for a few minutes and my order was good to go. The first disappointment were the fries. I had ordered them extra crisp/well done but they were extremely soggy. Second problem was that I was expecting a relatively even ratio of flats to drums, but my order had about 80% drums. I prefer flats over drums so this was a major disappointment. The biggest problem for me is actually their flavors, their sauces taste very artificial and aren’t very good.

This location is always full since its next to the college. They take longer with their order than other WS. If you order by phone prepare for the food not to be at the time they say. There is almost never chairs to sit. The last time I order fries came after the the time they said. I had to wait an extra 10min for them to be ready. The wings here are not the best they taste better at the De Soto WS.

Great wing stop the location isn’t that good. Parking is a little tough, but you should find your way. They always have specials on Tuesdays for boneless wings for 60 cents each. Overall a good experience the staff was nice

Maybe it’s because our expectations were too high, but this food was awful. Simply gross. We wanted to be grubs and chow down on wings one evening, so we ordered over $ 30 of boneless wings of varying flavors for the two of us. What we got was disgusting — the breading was too hard, the sauces weren’t tasty(just crazy salty), and there was waaay too much oil used. My wife couldn’t finish more than about 3, and I put down 5 before giving up. When we finished, I made a special trip outside to the trash can to toss it, because we couldn’t bear to even smell it any longer. The chicken meat itself was good, and the staff was actually very good. Regardless, it was a complete waste of good money, and I will never go back — especially to this location — and have been actively steering others away.

They have good customer service. Just a busy location due to it being on Reseda Blvd & near Northridge University. No complaints on the food, esp when I come & claim my free boneless wings for being a Laker fan/text. I usually order my wings plain, whether boneless or traditional & get the sauce on the side. Tip: Sign up for Laker texts & get 5 free boneless wings when you purchase a 32 oz drink(usu on Sundays, Game days &/or when they win)

If you are in the mood for Some Wings but you are trying to avoid the long waits and costs of going to Buffalo Wild Wings or Hooters. This will be the place to go. A great place to pick up some wings for your sports viewing party. We picked up wings for Dodger games, MMA fights and for basketball games. The catch is of course they can get really packed on game days. Tips Call your order ahead. It takes them around 30 minutes to make your wings so if you don’t call ahead you will be left waiting. Overall they make good tasting wings. I wish I could recite the different flavors or which one I recommend but I can’t think of any particular ones right now.

I love Wing Stop’s wings. I usually go to the one on De Soto and Vanowen. Yesterday I was in a rush so I ordered online from this location. I get to the front and hand my credit card to the cashier when she tells me that they can’t accept credit cards because there system was down. I have only been to this location 2 times including this visit and on both occasions they were only accepting cash. The Cashier asked if their was any way I could get cash. I wasn’t going to go and find my nearest bank, take cash out and come back just because there system is always down, meanwhile my food get cold. So in the end, they didn’t take my form of payment and I left empty handed. Very disappointed in this location. 2 out of 2 times they have not sold me food because I don’t have cash. They should really consider putting a «Cash Only» sign out front.

Ambiance: standard wingstop, the floor was very sticky and probably should have been cleaned Service: very friendly though not fast, and forgot to add peppers on the wings Food: in general good Mango Habanero — **** delicious, recommend Louisiana Rub — *** average taste Garlic Parmesan — ** too dry
Price: less than $ 1 per wings, expect $ 10 each person to fulfill

***UPDATE*** I contacted corporate who responded to me incredibly fast and on the weekend. They forwarded everything to the owner of the location. I received an email today from the actual store location and they could not have been more professional about handling the issue. 5 stars go to them and great job! I will still be a wingstop patron. Marielle might be the rudest person I have ever met. Our phone order was sitting on the side table and I asked twice if it was our order and she said no. After 30 minutes of waiting she asked what our name was for the order. And yes it was the order I had asked about twice. She could not have been more rude during this occasion. I am frequently at this wingstop and everyone is amazing besides her. I have never once had a good encounter with her.

I’ll just say this… the culture obviously at this location is how can we be mediocre at our jobs and careless about keeping this establishment looking nice and neat. And or making sure that they’re are napkins and or paper towels avaliable at all table since obviously people are going to be using their hands to eat chicken wings!!! Parking is in the rear so just be aware of that if you’re coming to this location just fyi. I went with a friend here who had never been I think to any eing Stop before so I was excited to see what he was going to say about the food. He liked it and thought is wings came out tasting great and full of flavor. I tried a new flavor that I’ve never had before… the parmesean… which if I had a mulligan would of probably order the lemon pepper for my second flavor instead. The lemon pepper is the bomb! But oh well right… YOLO… they give you a ton of fries by the way and they’re very good and not shoestring fries which I absolutely abhor. Nicely seasoned and not too crunchy which was good for this type of meal. I don’t like how this place nickels and dimes you here though for the sauces… not just this location but the franchise in general. It’s a lil ridic especially for the prices they’re already charging me for the wings but whatever. I have to give it a 2 out of 5 based on the lack of cleanliness and long wait times for your order to come out. But if your looking for a wing fix and you don’t want to be driving all over this side of the Valley searching for some… this place could do the trick for you.

Oh no no no no nooooo! This place is GARBAGE!!! I have had wayyyy better wings elsewhere, I don’t even know why we bothered coming here. I’ll keep it short and sweet…1. The wings suck, they are not good at all, the hickory bbq boneless wings I got were DRENCHEDDD literally DRENCHED in bbq sauce it’s toooo much, it’s like they just fried the wings and just poured bbq sauce all over it, see my picture, it was awful! We also tried the Louisana Rub and the Mild wings they were whatever, they were not good at all I didn’t really enjoy them and the fries were disgusting they were oily and just gross. I won’t be coming here ever again. Service was decent, the girl working the front register was informative about the menu. Table could have been cleaned, a lot of dirty tables.

Terrible. Not one unoccupied table clean. Also, asked for well done and more than half of my wings were still full of gristle and flimsy. Not well done at all. This Wingstop is terrible.
