Finally, a new store in this plaza that is pretty much sitting empty! Living fairly close to this market, I am so excited it is open, and that it truly offers quality and value! I do a lot of cooking from scratch, and its often probable that I forget an ingredient, or I run out of something in the middle of a culinary adventure. I always dreaded this happening because I would have to schlep the kids up to Busch’s for just one thing (and pay an arm and a leg). Not anymore!
I decided to make chicken soup the other night. Low and behold, I was fresh outta onion, so I sent hubby up there to grab one onion and one bunch of dill. He was back in a flash and the grand total was $ 1.69! WOO!
They also have milk and some dairy products, and the owner told me they will soon be offering schwarma sandwiches and falafel in addition to the array of other middle eastern prepackaged foods they have. Welcome to the neighborhood! :)
