Sampaguita has the best ensaymada and pan de sal! Oh yeah, you should try the pan de coco, too :)

I highly recommend the rolls and pastries from Sampaguita. They specialize in Philippines-​style pan de sal and ensaymada. Their baked goods are available at many of the Asian stores in the Ann Arbor area. I highly recommend the ensaymada: brioche-​style dough with a bit of sweet icing and manchego cheese on top. Great with coffee. Yum!
