Went to the Minute Clinic 10÷5÷2015 with my clearly very ill girlfriend at 6:30PM. Was told by the woman doing the clinic she would not have time to check her. There was not one single person waiting. At which point she said I could come back the following day anytime between 8a — 7p. I said«you mean 8a — 630p right?» to which she rudely replied«I don’t know what to tell you…» She looked at my girlfriend and said«Plenty of water and Advil and you should be fine, I haven’t seen the flu yet.» without even hearing the symptoms my girlfriend was experiencing. Safe to say I will NEVER go to this minute clinic again in my life if they have people who aren’t willing to actually work to the end of their shift and can blindly give such medical advice.

CVS is CVS, but the employees at this location have made me a fan based on two specific visits. I went in one time with a coupon for razors. As I was in the aisle looking for my brand, the manager came to ask me if I needed help finding a specific product since I was probably wandering around like a lost child. Turned out my razors weren’t in stock but he told me to come back whenever and that they would honor my coupon. Simple, but I appreciated his personal attention. I have had several great experiences with the pharmacy too. I was having trouble getting a specific prescription medicine when I transferred it over since typically CVS doesn’t stock it due to some weird corporate thing. The brand I usually get is like, $ 3 and it was going to cost me close to $ 50 for the brand they would be able to provide. Marie from the pharmacy was so helpful in dealing with the corporate office to get permission for my specific brand to be filled just for me. If that isn’t service, I don’t know what is. And, if you could care less about service, there’s a redbox. Talk about one stop shopping.
