I went there for 15 years after it recommended to me. But after finding my new dentist, I would never recommend them. I had to cancel an appt due to illness(strep) called at 8 am for a 6pm visit, they wanted to charge me a fee $ 25 to cancel. They need 48 hrs advance notice. Even with a Drs note and a script for strep they still wanted to charge me. The appt was to fill 3 cavities, then I found a new dentist, he said NOCAVITIES. Norton Dental just wanted a payday. I have about 10 fillings and I bet no cavities. And for the first time ever, I don’t hurt for 3 days after a cleaning. They are rough and hurt. I didn’t realize that they don’t need to be painful espcially if they are healthy. This company is a scam. I wouldn’t recommend ANYONE to them.

They are very nice people but have no respect for other peoples time I have waited 20 minutes to get my teeth cleaned though I was the first appointment of the day. Customer service is lacking

The place looks old, something from the 70’s. No updating at all, they are super cheap it appears. Dr Mcmorrow is a nice guy and good dentist but what really gets me is the office staff or maybe just what she’s doing. The office manager Nancy always has a look on her face like she hates the patients. She is really not nice at all, bad attitude and from the constant turnover of staff figure they don’t like her either. She sits around in a white lab coat to look«Medical», don’t think anyone else there wears one. She is no more medical or the right to look doctor ish than Ronald McDonald has a right to wear a chefs hat. Good place but I’m most likely finding another place due to the last face I see on the way out the door.

Dr. McMorrow and his staff and knowledgeable, trustworthy, friendly, and honest. I have been there numerous times and feel I wouldn’t trust anyone else to take care of my teeth. It is my understanding that they have patients coming in from out-of-state just because of their trust in Norton Dental Associates. I feel they are the best professionals to care for teeth.
