If I can give no stars I would. We had just gone through the drive thru, and the guy was really rude when paying for our food. We didn’t really mind until we drive all the way home and open the bag and realize they didn’t make the right burritos. We drove all they way back to the place, and yet they were rude again, and I witnessed with my own eyes the cook taking out and dumping the wrong burrito, adding what he had missed and rolling it back together. The bite I had taken was still there. This was their mistake. They should of redone the order. All while it was his bate hands. No gloves. This place is disgusting.

My wife and I just left this so called restaurant on Imperial Hwy. Norwalk, we were sitting inside, and when our order was ready I turned to go grab my order, not noticing that there was a girl mop ping the floor with a high concentration of I guess Pine Sol, and the floor was really wet, this was on a Sunday afternoon around 4:30 p.m. I had to grab whatever was around me to prevent myself from falling, and finally making it back to my table, during our meal all I could smell was again, I think Pine Sol, O.M.G. I mean really, they will be reported first thing tomorrow, this I will do for sure!

Awesome breakfast burritos my favorite is the bacon breakfast burrito. It comes with bacon, eggs, potatoes and cheese. The salsas are great. My favorite is the Margara salsa it’s made with habanero chilis.

The food is good when they get your order right. I never complain about restaurants but the girl on the phone was very rude to me. You would expect someone to apologize for their mistake but instead she pretty much called me a liar. I would be ok with an apology. I’m a paying customer. Wow way to go Alberto’s. Never going back there for sure.

I cant even begin to explain the nastiest experience i just had at this alberts on imperial hwy– for one the woman at the drive through window had an attitude but nothing with this lady being it seems she likes to discriminate on people who dont speak spanish with her snotty little attitude and her nose always up in the air! Note she works at alberts and this is america your first language should be english. And lets not mention how i waited in line forever in a day at the drive through– But the worst part about my wonderfully horrid experience at this place was my nachos– now, i ordered fairly plain nachos with cheese and pollo asada in which i found old shriveled french fries laying stiffly with my nacho chips but as i get to the bottom of these nachos do i realise there is a f***king hair– A FUC*ing HAIR in my food, note my hair is slicked up in a goddamn bun. This place is disgusting asf. Puke all over that mother f***ker if i could. PS its ridiculous that i cant post pictures of my little strand of DNA that lays delicately in the last contents of my nachos with my review. I hope you read this Foochie face

Its fast Mexican food that is fairly good. So far the food I’ve gotten has been good. The sauces they give are not as spicy. The drive wait always seem way long but besides that. I’ll come on a sporadic basis.

Well I been going to alberts for years, these last couple of times i got Asada nachos and got so many fat chewy meat so freaking nasty!!! Sad that I’m never ever going to eat there again. Get better meat or better cooks.

Bad food! Bad service! There is another one half a mile away and it is so much better. I have been there two times because that one has a drive thru and it’s more convenient but I will never go there again! The service is awful they are rude and they always get the order wrong. Horrible wait time! Go to the one on Firestone they are very friendly and the food is so much better

Menu said 10 taquitos for 8.99 and they charged me 11.10 with no receipt. Took 2 minutes for them to greet me in the drive through and another 5 minutes at the window. So rude, so expensive. Food was decent

The girl that works the drive through is very rude. The pen she handed me was dry so I asked for another one, her response was a giant sigh and rolled her eyes. She then handed me another pen and asked sarcastically if it worked now. Obviously it did because it’s another pen. Very unprofessional, even for a fast food place. I’ve encountered her before, she usually begs for a tip. She needs to be fired.

Great food can’t complaint there always but sometimes the beans are a bit dry by night time and so are the limes! The cashiers do take for ever to acknowledge you at the window to cash you out. Customer service is evidently not important! Lo mas importante es poner atención al cliente a la ventana al momento q paga evidentemente para ellos no es importante! Pero la comida está bien los frijoles aveces están secos por la noche! Y los limones no los cambian están también secos ni jugó trae!

These carne asada fries are my favorite so far!!! Especially when mixed with the green chili sauce… soooo good! It’s far better than Mocasalsa, in my opinion. The place is small. You can take it to go, eat in your car, or use one of the benches/tables outside. It’s perfect for a late night food run. The portions are good! I always share with my boyfriend cause I can only eat half of it! So, it’s definitely share-worthy because we both get full :-)

This is the only Alberts my friends and I will go to. Perfect spot for a late night grub Sesh with some friends. Best carne Asada fries here hands down! The fries are always crisp which a lot of places don’t do. The meat always tastes good and with some salsa on top you can’t beat it. After 8 pm is when Alberts seems to be at its most tasty

Simply put… I NEED A PLACELIKETHIS in the LAX area. Im serious… Its not like Im asking anyone to perform The Twelve Labors of Hercules! Just please open up an Albert’s, Alberto’s, Roberto’s, Humberto’s or any Berto’s and we’ll be solid. Anyhow… I needed a convenient drive thru of rapidly prepared«Mexican Food» to satisfy the cravings of rolled tacos with guacamole the other night. Albert’s was able to facilitate that craving after a late night at work. The drive thru menu is a bit confusing but if you know what you came for it doesn’t matter. I’m guessing most folks crave the rolled tacos, asada burrito or asada fries. The wait time was a bit long at the drive thru but it was probably cause of the car in front of me that had a suspicious smelling smoke coming out of the passenger window. They must have been really hungry? Rolled up to the window… got the order… took it home and BUHBAAAM! A treasure of 10 rolled tacos with Guacamole & cheese piled on high, still warm and plenty of salsa to boot. It was pretty damn good for the price(like $ 8). It was exactly what I expected. I’d come back if it weren’t so far from my home. Finally, it should be noted that this is not Mexican Food but rather something that resembles it. It is however closer to the real thing than say a T*c0 Smell or Del T*c0. Just putting that out there. Be good everyone.
