Probably the worst customer service I have EVER seen in the industry. We felt we had to use AOS as they are seemed to be the only ones fixing the several Phaser printers we have. It had always been a hassle to get Eric to show up but this last experience topped it all: After another round of phone calls, he sold us a $ 600 part just a few month ago. Now that the same machine needed another piece, he took again his time and said he would order the part. It has been OVER a month now, with many follow up phone attempts and 5 emails. Not even the courtesy of a call back! I stopped at his office. No sign of life. Stay away.
