Cleaning-N-Things

Terrible… after calling and leaving a message five times, I finally got in touch with this cleaning company, and today two people showed up and worked for one hour (the voucher I purchased was for two hours). When I questioned the lady, she said that if two people come they only spend one hour, but the actual voucher says that the «team» will work to clean your house. Doesn’t «Team» mean more than one?
Not only did they only spend one hour, they did not clean the rooms specified. I asked for two bathrooms to be cleaned and the floors to be mopped. One bathroom was done properly, the other one was done halfway… The floors were done in some of the house, but then she said they ran out of time. They also left my floors messier than they were before they arrived… Don’t use this company!
