I came here because of the good reviews. Maybe the alteration service is good but dry cleaning sucks. She didn’t get any stains out on my jacket and when I asked about lint and feathers stuck all over my sweater, she said this is a dry cleaning service, not lint removing service. Basically, my sweater nor the jacket came out looking like they have been dry cleaned, just packaged. Also, very bad attitude. Too bad, it shares the same name as me.

She was the best! I had damage on my favorite cloth and 2 other cleaners said they can not fix it but she was able to fix it like brand new! I was amazed. Excellent customer service and she is very friendly.

Being new to area I had to find a cleaners that could do a great job. I had one in my area but there was always a language barrier. So here I am at crystal cleaners. I needed to have 4 pair of jeans tailored and back the same day. To my surprise, I dropped my jeans off at 1130a and had them back by 130p. Ladies and gentlemen, I think I’ve found my new cleaner home. Parking can be tricky due to being located in a small strip mall.

I’ve been coming to this cleaners for the last 12 years very friendly very hard-​working very honest business owner. Choi always does her best to get your items done, especially the ones where you are pressed for time.
Definitely recommend this location! I live in another city, but still keep coming to her!
