Poor customer service in both the pharmacy and the store. Long wait for consult service in the pharmacy. Drive up pharmacy is very poorly staffed. Female cashiers at front of store are not friendly or courteous depending on their moods.

I have had very frustrating experiences with this pharmacy month after month. I have found that staff does not follow through with things, does not always know what’s going on with prescriptions being filled, has given me incorrect information, etc. This last prescription took over a week to fill and I had to call 3+ times a day for the last few days to babysit them through the process. I will not be returning to this pharmacy, and I would encourage everyone else to avoid them as well. Norwalk Pharmacy is right down the street and I’ve heard good things about them. CVS is too big a company and have shown me they do not care enough about individual customers.
