Great customer support! I purchased a TV and also the remote that included it had been damaged. I known as to request them basically required to return the entire TV or simply the remote plus they confirmed using the manager which i could just bring the receipt and remote in and exchange it. I loved that the one who clarified the telephone required time to ensure using the manager rather than just looking to get me from the phone as quick as you possibly can. After I showed up a couple of days later to help make the exchange they did not have a similar remote available, however the customer support repetition checked throughout as well as went towards the back to find out if there can be one there. Concerning wasn’t I believed she’d need to order it for me personally, but rather she kindly offered a to switch it having a slightly better remote! Thanks!

I went to Device ER after badly damaging my iPhone 6 screen while visiting Norwalk for work — pieces had fallen out, I thought the damage might be irreparable. They had my screen like new with a lifetime warrantee on the phone in under an hour for $ 140 and even put my new tempered glass protector on for me. EXCELLENT customer service, would absolutely recommend giving them your business!

I had my iphone 6 screen repaired here for $ 140. The replacement screen lasted only for two weeks when it shattered after a very short drop onto a springy surface with a case on and the whole LCD screen went completely fuzzy and then black. The replacement screen was clearly inferior compared with the original Apple screen. I brought my phone back and they offered to replace the screen again, at discount this time. I decided against it since I thought the fall that damaged the screen should not have resulted in this type of damage and I didn’t want to keep coming back and giving them $$ after every tiny fall. I took my phone to the Apple store where I learned that they will replace iphone 6 screens with actual Apple screens for $ 109(without Apple Care) and it won’t void your warranty. If you go to a 3rd party replacement shop first, they won’t touch it. I wish I would have gone to the Apple store first.

I had my iphone 6 dropped in a lake while i was kayaking and my phone wouldn’t turn on. I thought my phone would be dead completely. This place is magical. I found it on my way to Verizon, I was originally planning to get a new Iphone, but then thought i’d give this place a try. I am so glad i found this place. The guy was extremely nice and informative about the water damage on my phone, he was able to fix everything and kept my photos on the phone. Exceptional service. Great prices. Most importantly, my phone was fixed!!! I highly recommend this place for anyone who dropped their phones in water/accidentally damaged the phone. Nice staff, nice owner, nice everything.

My iPhone 5s had terrible water damage. It would black out every now and then, Siri would randomly speak, glitches, even my Home button stopped functioning. I went to the Apple store, which is conveniently located about 25 feet away, and they told me chances are my phone could not be fixed and that I would have to pay approximately $ 300 for a replacement. Cellairis fixed my phone within an hour for just $ 80! They even told me that if for some reason they couldn’t fix the phone, all I would owe is a low maintenance fee. I honestly recommend this place to everyone, they’re awesome and really nice!

Great service. My teenage son lost his IPhone 5 for about a week and someone turned it into a Verizon store. When we got it back, it looked like it had been run over by a car. Took it to the device ER and they repaired it in a few hours. We brought it back a few months later after he dropped it, and it stopped working. They repaired it again and with no charge due to the warranty from the first repair. The guys are really nice and very service oriented.

I thought our 2 week old iPhone 6 was toast after getting dropped in water. But Device ER fixed it! The service was great, and super fast. We had it back in less than 2 days. The best part was that if they couldn’t fix it, we wouldn’t have to pay anything. That is a great service model! I hope I never need them again but I would highly recommend them.

My daughter dropped her LGG2 and shattered the screen, for the second time. First time was covered under insurance, but I needed to pay out of pocket for this repair. After looking at many stores that would only replace iPhone or Galaxy screens, I found the website for Device ER. I work in Stamford, so the Norwalk location was convenient. I arrived at the clean, well kept store at 6:30pm. As they closed at 7, I expected to drop off the phone and pick it up the next day. I was warmly greeted by David, and he let me know that since they had a screen in stock, it should only take 30 – 45 minutes. The store has a large TV and a seating area. David offered to let me connect to their wifi while I waited, which was appreciated. When they got the phone open, David let me know that the water damage indicators were red, indicating that some water had gotten into the phone. Rather than press me for additional work, he mentioned that once the screen was replaced they would make sure that the phone worked, and if not they would not charge me for the repair, which he initially quoted at $ 180. After about 30 minutes, David let me know that they were almost done, and that he had misquoted me on the price. I figured that the shoe was about to drop, only to find out that the price was actually only $ 145. This was VERY professional and appreciated. Unfortunately, after about an hour(keep in mind, this is half an hour after they were supposed to close) David notified me that the phone was«acting funny» and that they wanted to do more work on it. He asked if I could come back the next day to pick it up. I mentioned that I normally take the train to work, so it may be a couple of days before I could get back. This is when the store secured me as a customer for life… David, claiming that he felt bad that I had waited so long and was leaving without my phone, offered to deliver it to me the next day at work. I was floored. True to his word, I got a call the next morning, explaining that the original screen had a defect, so they put a second new screen on the phone and, despite a light snow storm, David drove to Stamford and delivered the phone to my office. I understand that the location is new, and they are doing it the right way. Very professional, a clean storefront, and customer service that goes FAR beyond the call of duty. I was very impressed and will recommend Device ER to anyone needing repairs. Thank you!

Haven’t been here yet, but I know I will be coming there if I have any trouble with my phone. The manager contacted me today about a repair I had done elsewhere which they had done a terrible awful job. They used the cheapest of materials and of course the screen broke. Regardless, he offered to fix my screen. Clearly this man has wonderful buisiness ethics and I truly appreciate his offer. I will be there with my buisiness and I highly highly recommend this buisiness to anyone. A true honest phone repair company!

I found Device ER when I needed to have a badly shattered iPhone screen repaired. They did an outstanding job for a very reasonable price. About a month later I needed them again when my daughter dropped her phone down a storm drain into three feet of standing water. Because the phone sat in the water for about an hour, I did not expect it to work again but I decided to see if the team at Device ER would be willing to work on it. They tried many things but in the end it the phone was not repairable. Despite doing work, I was not charged. They do a great job with honesty and integrity.
