I’ve been going to the old Greenwich locations for years. Since they opened years ago. Typically they get orders wrong. My pants have come back on most occasions creased when I’ve asked for no crease. Today I picked up the dry cleaning order and found that they raised their prices. Pants are eight dollars. New personnel all the time, Manager Richard is so flustered he won’t even offer to discount or comp service to help correct a 2 week old problem, he also hangs up on customers when they call upset. His staff takes orders, doesn’t call and follow up. This place is a mess, horrible customer service and probably won’t stay in business unless they get it together. Don’t go there!
