Easton Press not only makes some of the most beautiful books in the world for a decent price, but the customer service is nothing short of amazing! There were issues with shipping on two of my orders, but all I had to do was to call customer service and without having to deal with an automated teller I talked to a very knowledgeable and kind lady who quickly found solutions to each of the shipping issues that I was experiencing. Also, they have a two day shipping option, so I can get a new book all the way from the East Coast very quickly. I have ordered four books with them thus far (The Book of Genesis, The History of Jerusalem, The Five Books of Moses, and The Complete Guide to the UNESCO World Heritage Sites) and I will definitely be ordering more!

Easton Press still puts out the most beautiful books in the world but their customer service has become very poor. I complained twice, once is a letter to the manager of the book department and received no response either time. I wonder how ling it will be they don’t care about the quality of their books either and they will follow suit with the quality of their customer service. I expect it won’t be long.
