I had a shrimp cocktail and was disappointed. Cucumbers were bitter and shrimp was bland and flavorless. This is what happens when you have too many items on your menu.

We ordered a menudo, Pozole and shrimp cocktails the menudo was the only thing that tasted the way it’s supposed to but still not that great, the Pozole was flavorless and the shrimp cocktail had hardly any shrimp but I was fine with it because the shrimp was flavorless. I’m not surprised it sucked because they have over 60 items in their menu. I will not be returning to this place

Tried flautas, tacos, and chilaquiles for breakfast and it was delicious. Great service and the prices made the visit even better. will have to come back for more.

Let me just say when it comes to Menudo I am very picky. I was not a fan of the soup as I didn’t like how it looked and what was in it. I’m African American and when we have a hang over we normally go to eggs and juice to get over it. My god mother told me about menudo and I refused to eat or even try it. So prepared some for me one day and squeezed her fresh limes in there and hot sauce I tried it and now I love it hangover or not. I’ve tried it several places and everyone shouldn’t cook it, but this place here it’s amazing I love it I’ve been here several times and each time it get better. If you want fresh menudo definitely try this spot

Will go out of my way to eat here!!! Food is consistant. Too many restaurants have sub fare standards yet this one hits it every time.

This place in one word is underrated. Do you ever miss good home cooking? Then this is the place for you. The place is small and cozy and can feel a lot like home, especially after your first bite of mostly anything off the menu. My go to plate is the«Plato El Pueblo» their signature plate. The plate comes with carne asada, pollo asado, and sautéed shrimp with a side of beans, rice, and salad and a side of homemade tortillas. You can do without the«salad.» Instead, add more beans or rice. If you’re not feeling a plate get the nachos with carne asada, hands down best nachos I’ve had. They contain beans, sour cream, tons of melted cheese, fresh tortilla chips and lots of meat. If you’re hungover they cater to you, all you can eat menudo/posole on the weekends. You’re welcome. The salsas are pretty good and not too spicy for those are scared to live a little.

The food here is great tasting and very inexpensive. My husband and kids love it. Great seafood and traditional Mexican plates, as well as menudo! The staff and owner are friendly and accommodating. It’s a small spot but they treat you like a VIP. The food is so tasty, we even had them cater our wedding!

Service was great, food was so good, and they had hand made tortillas.
