agreed, bad customer service. i keep trying to use them… but dang… always bad.
this is the only location i use that is consistently bad? what is up with this store? always complains and won’t take my packaging. i have used fedex for 20+ years and never had a complaint about my packaging (business related) and only this store refuses to take it? i never had a package break, never had it torn, never had it rejected?
something is up with this store… avoid…

If you like customer service, avoid this location at all costs.
If I could give zero stars, I would, but I guess they deserve at least one star since the location is open and functioning.
Pros: close to freeway, off a main street, visible from the street
Cons: no customer service from employees including management, low stock of supplies, attitude from employees, a lot of standard amenities that don’t work here like a card reader on machines, they will charge you even if they made the mistake or told you incorrectly how to use machines

Can to use computer to print from a e mail. Was told I had to wait 10 minutes after the person In front of me got off because it had to wipe the hard drive. Makes no sense. The screen says the workstation is locked for the current customer. Not sure if the people here don’t care or don’t know? Either way the management team maybe needs to coach the employees here on how to help customers.

Downey screwed up my print job and wasted a ton of my paper and time. Printer kabobble. It happens… just wish it didn’t happen to me.
Came to Norwalk and Stephanie and Ray were amazing! Fixed everything for me. Did a great job. So totally happy with this store!!!

Ugh… so I really hate writing bad reviews for places but, the two times I have been here, I have seen the same pattern of customer service.
There is usually three people working in the store. However, when there is a long line I would expect someone to automatically step up and help the other associate (or call for back up register). Nope… no one ever offers or requests for additional help at the register. My last visit there, one person was on the register, one was in the back handling boxes and another one was fixing the display boxes on the shelf. Really?! when there is 10 people in the line, this guy find the time to fix the displays. I would say common sense would have prompted you to help reduce the line… nope.
At that moment in time I thought of what my husband’s saying, there is a reason why they work here. I feel bad for even thinking this way since I have encountered many wonderful associates from fast food places to home improvement stores.
In the end, I feel the management team need to reinforce better team efforts in customer service and prioritization.

Yes, they did what I paid them to do. Yes, they did it on time, albeit rather begrudgingly. But service is also important to me. Would it have killed the kid to smile a bit when he was helping me? I was the only customer in the store. Don’t make me feel like I interrupted something.
I will avoid this location as much as I can going forward.

I’m always here printing things out, especially when I need to print tabloid sized pages; its convenient for me.

Hmmm, I wish I can give lower star rating for this FedEx, but the girl employee was nice to me previous visit.
Other one, dumbass guy gives that arrogant altitude as if he’s superior.
I wish I can punch him on the face.
The self-​service printer did not accept PDF file format.
I asked him, he just asked for my USB and printed himself.
He printed in Color at 11×8.5. I mean he works at Kinko, and can’t even tell that my file was 11×17.
Since I asked for 3 copies, he made 3 copies in color at wrong paper size.
He printed again for black and white with 11×17.
He charged me for 3 failed color copies plus service charge since he did it for me.
I really wanted to contact his manager and say something, but I was late for my meeting.

Ugh… ok, so I’ve been going to FedEx Kinko locations for years now. They’ve always been great when out and about and I need to send a fax or make copies or whatever… I carry a FedEx pre-​paid card on me just for those occasions. I’m self-​employed so it makes it easier for me to track my expenses.
I’ve never rated the FedEx’s before because they’ve all been pretty much the same… until now.
I had to make a couple photo copies and then I had to send a fax.
I put my little card in the photo copier. No problem.
I went to send my fax. No card reader. So, I go to pay the cashier. She informs me that she has to refund the remaining balance on my card, give me the cash, subtract the amount of my transaction from that cash, then she’d put what’s left back on another pre-​paid card. wth!!!
Of course, I was pressed for time, so for her to put me through that rigamorole was excruciatingly painful! What really irritated me, though, was that she didn’t even explain why she had to do all of that. She just said it as if that’s how it’s always been done.
I told her that I’ve been to many a FedEx and I’ve NEVER had to do all that.
FINALLY she says, well… it’s because at this particular location they don’t have a card reader on their fax machine so THEY have to do it that way.
Stupid and lame, I say.
I told her to not put it back on a card. Just give me the cash. pfffffbbbtttttt…
