Am so disappointed with this place. Waited two weeks for glasses then had to return them. It’s now been four weeks since they have been returned and I still don’t have them. Never going here again. Wish I could do no stars…

Staff is horrible and very unprofessional. I had good a experience with the Dr. I paid almost $ 200 i dont remember the exact amount. Then, I picked up my contacts and paid a deductible of $ 40 on December. On January I received a call from Michelle, she left me a massage stating that they were unable to locate my payment of $ 40. I call her back to clarify then she said we are unable to locate your payment, how would you like to pay, I informed her that I already paid. She said that since they didn’t have prove the means that I didn’t pay. She insisted in taking the payment over the phone. I explained who I gave the $ 40 to, the day and time. After going back and forth I said look I’m at lunch trying to eat, I’m not going to repay something I all ready paid. What I can do is go to my house tonight, look for the receipt and give you a copy. I said I’ll call you tomorrow morning. She agreed. We hang up FIVEMINUTESLATER I received a call from Alonzo with the same argument!!! I said look I all ready spoke with one of your staff member and I am going to call her tomorrow, I’m in my lunch hour. He said you better paid those $ 40 I said«look I really don’t want to offend you, but you are calling me and taking to me like that, and that is very unprofessional, it is really not my fault that you guys aren’t saving your payments» he said«oh no, we are very professional and if you don’t pay we are going to send you to collections» I said«for something I all ready paid, I don’t think so» he said«will see about that» I said«ok I guess will see about that» and he hang up. After another FIVE minutes I received a 4th phone call, it was the same guy, Alonzo/Alonso, he said«we want to informed you that we found your payment» I said«you threatening me FIVE minutes ago!!» He said«Sorry about that» I said«sorry for threatening me and trying to ruin my credit?!» He said«yup» and he hang up. I just wanted to share my horrible experience with the staff. I worked for customer service for several years and the customer always had priority in everything. Even if in fact I would of have not paid(which I did) the customer it’s always right, so eating those $ 40.00 is probably not going to hurt them, I’m sure for $ 40.00 the business is not going to close down. Plus I received 4 phone call within an hour! That is very very rude. And the way they said sorry, that was not even an apology!!! I’m being going there for several years. Of course I’m NOT going back there EVER. And all of this happened because they call me to harass me about a payment I did before they actually look. Very unprofessional.$ 40 dollars come on! Really!!! You mistreated one of your loyal customer for $ 40.00 !!! Unbelievable! I look very young and I guess people think they can talk over me, that’s how I felt. Mistreated, they were accusing me of stealing! I felt offended! !

Very friendly and helpful staff. The place was clean and had a play area for kids. Ding ding love the doctors and receptionist and would totally recommend them.

Dr. Fishberg fitted me for my very first pair of glasses and contact lenses when I was 16 years old.(Years and years ago.) My oldest son ended up needing the same sort of services in his teen years so I brought him there as well. A few years ago I had laser eye surgery done, so I no longer need to go to see Dr. Fishberg. but my son still goes.(Until he can get laser surgery himself, I suppose.) I can’t recommend this office enough. They were always good to me, timely and I have never had a problem in all of the years my family has gone there.

Avoid. Avoid. Had some lenses replaced on some vintage frames here. Mistake. There was a gap between the left lens and the frame so I asked to have the lens reworked. One week later, they tried to pass off the same unworked glasses as fixed. The salesperson had no concept of «customer service» and they even lost the original lenses… Ugh. Thumbs down…
