Gutter Boys LLC

I decided I am going to make it a point of sharing my poor customer service related issues. I called this company to get an estimate for gutters on my new house in Westport. I explained I had called several companies to get estimates and gotten no responses. I asked how long it would take to get a written estimate. The owner stated to text him the address and he would go out there that day and send me estimate as well.
That was on June 2^nd. June 3^rd did not have anything. I texted owner asking are u interested in job. Still nothing. Finally a day later I told him I would write a bad review if I didn’t hear back. He then called me and stated he lost his phone and that’s why he didn’t respond. He said he would go out later that day which was Thursday. Nothing Friday, Sat. At this point even if owner had sent estimate I would never hire a company that cannot follow though but for the hell of it I texted saying [still working estimate) finally 8 days later he sent it. The irony was his measurements will way off. I would avoid this company at all costs.
