This business has a new owner as well as new staff. Everyone is always helpfully and cheerful. I will definitely come back every time.

Rude rude people. Came here for a live scan they tried charging me $ 75. When I told them my job said I only needed to pay $ 25 they looked at the paper and said «oh yeah ok». Then when I told them I was paying with a card they said there was a $ 3 charge to use it. DO NOT COME HERE!

Middle Eastern people seem to always have a problem with East Asians. I don’t know why, but they’re extremely rude in tone. They kept helping people who were coming in after me while I waited for a live scan.
I was like maaaaan you wanna fight bro?! Oh bro like man can’t fight with me bro! Kaka doo doo la choo. Moco choco latte ya ya!
But yeah. This place sucks. Only came here because EMS office told me to come.

Came in for fingerprint scan the gentleman work said it was 25 $ but then I told him the organization I’m here for has a contract with him it should be free, he said the machine was down, and he didn’t want to help me, he said he was the manager, he was extremely rude, I would never refer him to anyone.

I went in to get a livescan fingerprint when I asked the male working there for that he said it would be $ 25 I let him know the company that needed that gave me a flyer that makes it free for me as soon as I told him that he said the machine was down. I got upset because if it was down why wouldn’t he have told me that instead of its $ 25 I asked for a manager he said he was the manager I said I’m going to file a complaint he thanked me that alone tells me this is a money hungry business that Cares nothing about customer service. I ended up going to the Downey Ups store and the young lady took care of me and when I mentioned this experience I had here to her she validated it by saying he didn’t want to do it because your agency pays them after process is verified therefore conforming this business is nothing about customers and all about money. I will never step foot in this place and will make sure I let all my friends and family know to not go there and give them 1 penny seeing all the similar past reviews lets me know eventually either that manager gets reprimanded or this place will go out of business.

All I wanted was a Live Scan finger print. There was just one person in front of me and still not finished with her he helped other people with notary stuff and shipping. Worst Customer service ever!!! Go there at your own risk!

The very first time I came here my experience was fairly well, I had to get something notarized and he charged me 5 $ so I thought it was a great price and he and his daughter were pleasant however second time around I went back for the same thing and he was very rude, he came up and asked what I was there for and as I was responding he just interrupted and said I had to wait.-_– so when it came down to paying he said it was 10 $ so I told him it was 5 $ the previous month and once again he interrupted me and said no it’s always been the same price, snatched my money and didn’t acknowledge me after that, didn’t even say that everything was ready to go, nothing! Never going back, so if you do end up going you better hope he is in a good mood!

I went for Notary and they helped me real quick –awesome service. Felt happy as I went there.

I went in to have my Livescan re-​done, because I had them done at my tutoring company by a mobile Livescan agent. My finger prints were rejected for being unclear. They gave me a Certifix flyer and said to go anywhere and present this to them, so I wouldn’t have to pay. The man who «helped» me ignored me, assisted every MALE customer that came in AFTER me, then when nobody was around greeted me with a disgusted «what do you want?» I politely asked if I could have a Livescan done and presented my Certifix account flyer. He said I’d have to pay if he wanted me to do them. I asked again politely if he could review my documents and help me out. He kept saying that I needed to go back to the original Livescan guy to have them done. I explained I couldn’t because they are a mobile company and they had directed me to use the Certifiix flyer with any store that appears on their website. He became very rude and upset. He called me stupid for asking questions. I remained calm and talked very quietly, but he bullied me out of the store.
Overall, a sexist & unhelpful employee (or manager). UNPROFESSIONAL!
I recommend instead going to a UPS store. They handle Certifix like a breeze and actually care about customers.

This place is an absolute joke!!! I’ve been here maybe 3 times to try to drop off my ups packages and there’s always an excuse of why I can’t drop them off!!! Labeled packaged ready to go, well one day he told me, that he could not take them because he didn’t have any space!!! He’s freaking place was empty, I think he’s races!!! Never again will I place foot in this place, take my money somewhere else… And word of advice to the owner, take off the sign that says you are a UPS authorized drop off location, because you don’t take people’s packages, I’ll make certain ups is also informed…
